No worries man. That was my main concern as well. Breakfast without eggs seemed really difficult. Followed a vegan "diet" for 4 weeks now. Actually found it pretty easy but have been trying to eat more veg for awhile now anyway. Energy levels are the same, still doing a lot of hiking and haven't noticed any changes in how I feel during and after. Feel better, probably due to cooking all my meals and not eating shite, which is still easy enough to do as a vegan.

The reaction from mainly "liberal" people on social media, especially from the UK, Australia and NZ in my case has been really interesting and spectacularly ignorant. Whats more dumb, voting for the exact same regime that bailed out the banks and sent your job / industry abroad or a reality tv star that has basically no policies but says he'll reverse it all? The mainstream press are blaming everyone and everything excepy failed globalisation and the democrat / republican establishment.

Just shows how bad US mainstream politics has became that a complete chancer like Trump can win. Maybe Hilary and her team shouldn't have promoted Trump as the republican nominee and shafted Sanders when polls indicated he was just as strong against Trump. Was a big fan of the show until the election coverage dominated most episodes. Ironically some of their finest work was on the many flaws in the US justice system, started by Bill Clinton, drones by Obama and the lack of democracy in American politics. Despite all this Clinton has basically had a free ride on the show.

I don't think it's that far from reality, there's some evidence from the leaked emails that Clintons team and the media actually promoted the extreme candidates from the GOP, Cruz, Carson and Trump because they thought they would be ideal opponents in the election. How the media have treated Trump from the primary's to now is night and day I think.

Not sure what to think. The media barely said anything negative about Trump during the primary but now he's against their pick, he's the worst person in the world. He might be but , no way is Clinton the chosen one as the media will have us believe. Watching Michelle Obama indorce Clinton and the media reaction was vomit worthy. At rhe point of almost wanting Trump to win just to get it up the media and everyone else it's that bad.

Government gives financial sweetener in order to keep business in the country. Am I missing something? This happens all the time and isn't necessarily because of the UK leaving the EU, although I'd imagine major businesses will be chancing their arm for a better deal. The scaremongering is pretty impressive and makes you think what it would have been like if Scotland voted independence.
