  1. Aye, you might be right there. Still no sure what your point is though.
  2. I think I've read enough about that episode to convince me no electoral fraud went on there. YES supporters saw the same piles of postal votes that the NO folk saw. They just didn't go boasting about it live on TV. I am genuinely interested in any evidence anybody has over fraud surrounding postal votes though. Other than the "dead persons voting" scam which I know does happen.
  3. I am not as concerned about abuse of postal votes as I used to be. I am sure there will still be some dead and senile folk voting without knowing about it, but for most folk just using a postal vote for convenience, I don't see what the problem is. I would be interested to see any evidence which shows that there is a problem though, if anybody has got it.
  4. Aye, it can. The second half wasn't any better. Some posh burd who obviously hated Alex SaLLmond and another Labour person. Not sure who the guy on the screen was, but he didn't get much chance to say anything anyway.
  5. I am just trying to educate you here. Read on and you might learn something new. Chemically speaking, the difference between a fat and an oil comes down to it's melting point. If it is a liquid at Standard Temperature and Pressure it is an oil. If it's a solid it's a fat.
  6. That can be changed if the next government decide to change it.
  7. Did you not read G-Man's post earlier on? There are a few different ways of processing coconuts to get the oil. Virgin coconut oil tastes of coconut. Refined or distilled coconut oil doesn't.
  8. I not sure Trident is as big an issue for the SNP as it used to be. More and more folk at UK level don't want to renew it. We can't afford to renew it. IMO, it wont be renewed. If the UK is to have nuclear weapons going forward it will only happen if the US pays for them. Which is only fair considering they are effectively US weapons anyway.
  9. No, I don't disagree with what you are saying apart from maybe the turnout bit. I think NO voters might be more determined than some folk think. They want to stop the SNP any way they can. I just don't trust opinion polls and find it hard to believe the SNP can get the size of swings being talked about. I would love to be wrong about this though.
  10. I'm no sure it's fair to blame Labour for your poor taste in Whisky?
  11. I really hope you guys are right. My pessimism is mainly based on the fact that 55% of those who voted in September said "No". Very few, if any, of those folk will vote SNP. I think the media will hype it up so much that most of those folk will make the effort to get out and vote. A huge number of them wont be voting FOR anything, just voting against the SNP. It will come down to turnout (I am guessing over 80%) and how many Labour YES votes switch to SNP. Complacency is our enemy. We still need to work hard for every vote.
  12. And your prize for best post of the day is ........... ....a coconut.
  13. We prefer to use the whole coconut. Mainly for the texture.
  14. That was a really good read but I think there is a lot of wishful think in there. I really hope he is right. I think he played a full 90 minutes today. Pretty good going for him.
  15. I am a wee bit concerned that so many folk seem to think that the SNP have already won 40 or 50 seats based on not much more than a few opinion polls. I still think the SNP will win no more than 15 to 20 seats. And that would be an excellent achievement. I really hope I am wrong. These opinion polls will encourage Scottish Tories to get out and use their vote tactically. They will turn out in huge numbers, just like they did in the referendum. If it was a normal election turnout of 60-65% them maybe the SNP would get this landslide but I think the turnout will be close to the referendum turnout and the Tories will do whatever they need to, to try and stop the SNP. I also think the Tories will win the general election. All this vitriolic anti Scottish stuff in the MSM will be enough to scare the English into voting Tory to make sure they don't end up being ruled by a bunch of uppity Jocks.
  16. I can see the possibility of a second question being added to the in out EU referendum. Should the UK leave the EU? While we are at it, should we also tell those horrible Jock bastards to fuk off as well?
