The clubs don't get much choice about agreeing with them, they issue the safety certificates etc and can even decide whether or not a game can go ahead on a friday night for christ sake.

If you really want to make a point, do it at their headquarters, at their annual meetings etc, not at games where the only losers are the club you support. There are plenty of ways of highlighting injustice and supporting your political beliefs without doing it full in the knowledge that by doing so all you are doing is causing your club grief. Batter in though, as i've said, rightly or wrongly all that will result of it will be sanctions against the club you "love". As for being complicit, i dare say you attend more UEFA games than me on a yearly basis, so look closer to home. If you feel that strongly about their policy, don't give them full stadiums.
