  1. Id be dissappointed with a draw A win is a must as far as i am concerned.. a home game should always be must win at this level.
  2. Agree with this. To begin with i wasnt too keen on the nations league but i think its injected much needed life into the international game, especially for us. Treat this competition and not as a friendly could see us rewarded.
  3. I think we will all feel the same. 2003 was only 5 years after our last tournament, there was still an optimism and edpectation in our support. Nowdays are confidence is shot to pieces, we dont even have any near misses to shout about but as we can see on the park, the players are becoming more confident as are some of us on this forum, not pver confident but there are reasons to be positive. One feeling i havent felt for a while without forcing it is anticipation and excitment for the next match. I cant wait for wednesday.
  4. I agree, that game wasnt turgid or boring. The 2nd half in particular produced some very good passing moves. I guess some people think a good performance is all about dominating the opponent and peppering their goal. Im still trying to figure how some people think Ryan Fraser was shite last night. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  5. Im still a little bit concerned about mctominay at CB but not concerned enough to want him dropped from that positiion. Thats a big step considering i was seething at him being named as CB again against israel in the semi final πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  6. One game at a time. I still dont know how the world cup playoffs work because arent in a position to worry about them.........yet. Clarke has to go for it on wednesday. 3 wins in a row is unheard of for us and would boost moral and confidence even more. Keep Andy Considine in the side toi, it obvious his inclusion was the reason we played so well 😜😜😜😜
  7. I thought mcburnie did well when he came on, linked well with the midfield and wingbacks. I really wish he had scored that header, what a finish to the night that wouldve been
  8. This team is bonding and growing in confidence, you could see it happening on thursday and even more so tonight after the goal went in
  9. And was involved with our goal and best chance after the goal.
  10. Half way through the group, top of the group and in one win away from a tournament finals SaCk StEvE ClArK mIn
  11. I dont think it was as scrappy as thursday. We pkayed some great passing moves in the 2nd half.
  12. Ive seen fraser tear teams apart in england and easily get passed players. His commitment was in question but his talent wasnt. Im not blinded by frasers opinion of himself, i think youre talking out of your arsehole
  13. Mcburnie off the bar Id love to know how many passes we made leading to that goal. It wont be in barca or man city territory but we seemed to make a load of passess till setup mcburnie with thw chance
  14. Pointless booking for captain but i suspect he will be rested anyway
  15. Brilliant link up again by fraser and odonell and lovely ball in too.
  16. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaasssss Great work between fraser and odonnell, great cross, actuallu what a fucking great cross by odonell and a fine finish for dykes
  17. Theres been plenty of forward passes. try watching the game
  18. I dont want to jinx it but we are playing ok and passing the ball well.
  19. Cooper is injured Clarke confirmed this
  20. I suspect clarke wants to rotate the squad. Porteous may start on wednesday. If its a back three i suspect thats why clarke favoured considine as he used to playing that formation
