Prince William travels to Malta today to celebrate with them the 50th anniversary of their Independence from UK 2. Devolution: the implementation of new powers* will be "technically much more difficult than first thought" (ie less than 2 weeks ago) "and could take many months or even years to resolve" Ha ha - compare and contrast the 600+ page White Paper with the back of a (grubby) White Envelope *"powers: launched after tens (maybe hundreds) of '000's of votes had already been cast, and, as I understand it, in direct contravention of the Edinburgh agreement which stated that no policy issues were to be introduced within an agreed time period (one month?) of Sept 18 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
