Lenbo
So anyway those lovely folk at LOT have now cancelled my flight from Poland to Armenia. Does anybody know anything about flights via Moscow and specifically if you fly via Moscow to Armenia through ticketed with Aeroflot- you don't need a russian visa do you? I'm going in transit at Moscow?
wanderer
As long as it is a through ticket you will be fine and will not require a visa. ie check in at start destination outside of Russia and going straight to your next flight in Moscow.... like if you were flying KLM via Amsterdam or Air France via Paris where you do not actually set foot passed passport control. SteveMcD
All the Aerofot flights at Sheremetyevo, are from the South terminals D, E & F. Which are all connected by air-side walkways. No need for a visa, just passport & onward boarding pass. Eta, have done it a few times going between Europe & China. Goes very smoothly. SteveMcD
Not all, but a fair number of Aeroflot flights are "dry" in economy class. http://www.aeroflot.ru/cms/en/flight/dining_onboard
