Windy Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 The way FoS has been sung recently is like a battle theme but if you listen to the original version sung in 1967 it was as a lament asking "when will we see your like again?" and stated "We can still rise now and be that nation again." It is more relevant than ever and should be used to ask the question of those that bottled it and voted against us. It is also not the players or the sporting side of the nation that let us down.
