  1. Good to see McTominay back on the pitch
  2. I've been keeping tabs on Rose, purely because when he signed a pre contract with Coventry, his manager at Ayr reckoned he'd go on to play for Scotland
  3. I've watched a handful of Sheff Utd games this season and whilst he'd only scored 4 goals, McBurnie has been involved in the build up of more and tbh he's been unlucky not to score more himself. He's also been impressive at helping defend set pieces. I'd still prefer Griff up top against Israel but McBurnie has definitely earned a squad place and tbh I do think there are some people on here who would still call him shite if he got the winning goals in the next 2 games and took us to the Euros with Man of the Match displays.
  4. I think Naismith is worth having in the squad as he always seems to have a knack of getting in good positions. If he, Griff, Shankland & McBurnie were picked I'd say that gives us a good variety of options up top.
  5. He definitely seems to have more about him that McKenna. I’d say the left side of central defence should be between him & Cooper with Findlay probably better imo
  6. McTominay reckons he'll be fit by the end of the week so wouldn't be surprised if he's on the bench on Monday against Chelsea and back playing against Club Brugge next Thursday

Forrest does well for Celtic but in 34 caps has had 2 good games for Scotland. Personally I'd play Armstrong wide right ahead of him.
  8. I said this about Kelly when he came back from injury and someone on here said I was talking rubbish ha. Definitely think he's our best goalkeeping prospect at the minute and looks to be continually improving.
  9. Hat trick for McNulty against BSC. Nice to see he’s found his level.
  10. McGinn is apparently still hopeful of making it back in time for the Carabao Cup Final on March 1st

A good piece on Fleck's career to date
  12. McGregor setting up a goal for Griffiths. Hope to see that again at Hampden.
  13. Paterson is an option if you want someone to come on late on and lump it forward to him
  14. Milan are signing Antonee Robinson from Wigan for £10million so that puts to bed the rumours of Hickey going there.
  15. I've been happily proven wrong so far. With Edouard the first choice and Lennon so keen to bring in new strikers I worried that Griffiths wasn't in his plans. Hoping he can keep up this good form!
  16. Hope he keeps this up. I didn’t think Lennon would play him much to be honest but I’m glad to be proven wrong.
  17. Dundee Utd seem to be accepting the fact they'll lose Shankland in the summer but refuse to sell him this window.
  18. I do remember FourFourTwo doing a feature a while back about Gauld, Christie & Fraser proclaiming the 3 Ryans as the future of scottish football though I believe it tipped Gauld to be the best of the 3
  19. I'd pick Shankland personally unless Griff gets a decent run of games and then he's a no brainer for first pick. I'd call up McBurnie but probably only resort to him if we're chasing a game and going 2 up top.
  20. I'd love him to but I just can't see Griffiths getting a solid run of games going in time for the playoff
  21. As it currently stands I'd have Kelly Palmer Gallagher Findlay Robertson McTominay Fleck Armstrong Christie Fraser Shankland
  22. Just seen Armstrong's goal what a finish. If McGinn is out I'd have Christie in his place with Armstrong wide right given how well he's doing there for Southampton of late.
  23. Hopefully when KT can recover and maintain some level of consistent fitness as he's definitely got the talent
  24. Apparently he was pretty starved of service so glad he took a chance when it came his way
