  1. So, are we back to you saying that it is only the word of God that's in your bible? No ideas of men? No interpretations? Just what God told these men to write down? His word for word?
  2. Wait a wee minute. We seem to have moved from "the word of God" to "inspiration of God". Which is it?
  3. So, everything that Paul wrote in your book of Godspeak was what God had told him to write? Nothing that Paul wrote was his own ideas or interpretations? He was just an amanuensis?
  4. OK. So, as I understand it, God spoke directly to Paul who wrote down what God said to him. Is that right?
  5. That's not even interesting, notwithstanding that it doesn't answer my question. Who wrote down the word of your God?
  6. God speaks to you? WoW! I'm sure that the guy I was telling you about conversed with parrots.
  7. Nope. Still nothing. I was once lectured (like this) by a guy on bird watching. He was quoting all sorts of stuff out of his bird-watching bible. I politely told him that I wasn't in the slightest bit interested in his hobby. And neither am I in yours.
  8. I think that, in order for that claim to have any gravitas, it should say... "Thou dost not need any authority other than thine own eyes."
  9. Thanks to everyone that has signed up already. I'm making it my mission to post updates here regularly.
  10. You can do it better than this. This is not one of your usual wind up attempts. This is bang out of order.
  11. At 1-0 to England, THAT's what was concerning you?
  12. Yes, they've snuffed out any threat Colombia might have posed. Can't help but wonder though how different it may have been if Colombia had put as much effort into trying to win as they did trying to cheat.
  13. Take things at face value. Don't think too much. Go wi' the flow? I agree.
  14. Really? Is that what's being talked about?
  15. I was there. It was awful. There was a railing down the terracing separating fans and the Celtic fans destroyed it, using the vertical, cast-iron poles as javelins and hurling them into the Burnley fans. (Who themselves were no angels).
  16. There's nothing like a bit of "live and let live".
