I am the biggest animal rights you will meet but are you all insane. You want to break the principle almost immediately and over foxes?! Wise up.

Trident cannot even be used if the Americans decide to veto it, politically and technologically, despite what blah blah pish they tell you. This is partly why the UK is in utter lockstep with US foreign policy, our main weapons system is essentially a Uk operated franchise of the USA. Trident is like our subscription cost. It is total ing whank. At the least the French have something meaningful. Also they built the facility 30 miles from the main population centre in Scotland. They just don't give a shit...

A turning point for me was the BA staff strike a few years ago where they set out to deliberately strand thousands of people in airports over Christmas with no way home. Yeah you have a right to strike, but we also have a right to think you are selfish kunts of the highest order. These are not 'kids' working in slavish conditions in Victorian mills... they are essentially quibbling over fine details of their very western salary package not fighting for basic human rights. So to be making a family miss their Christmas as a negotiation tactic with your employer is the act of total and complete kuhnts. Outside of those sort of tactics no problem. -

Would like to know that myself. Planet diameter on average is 590 miles I think (could be km). So it must be fairly sizeable, a few square miles maybe? Total guess work... -

well... if you at the gif above again something does appear to move accros the view diagonally form bottom right to middle left. Looks like a black 'ufo'... no doubt just a fly on the lens. edit: there is another one going to the top right corner as well... -

jeezo no one interested in this? Look how amazing that is... I think it must be a vast 'furry' layer of crystals because it does not seem to lose brightness at all / much / enough as the angle gets more obtuse. Thinking a crystalline 'fractal like' surface will reflects a huge amount of light per square metre. Or it's aliens. -

What is justice? Crime & Punishment. These are axiomatic. Right now incarceration and denial of freedom is the punishment. Personally I'd rather face a humane end than spend 40 years locked in a cell 23 hours a day with other people very likely to be violent and / or mentally ill. So why shouldn't death be the 'ultimate punishment'. Justice is not about revenge but it does necessarily involve punishment. Otherwise there is no sense of justice. This is undeniable. -

"George Osborne calls emergency July budget to reveal next wave of austerity Chancellor promises a ‘budget for working people’, which will also spell out how the Conservatives will cut £12bn from Britain’s welfare bill" I wonder how many No voters are sitting at home shitting themselves now... -

Question Time Tonight
thplinth replied to exile's topic in Anything Goes - Other topics not covered elsewhere
The SNP have the potential to fail or succeed at this point. Labour have already failed. 50 years+ of car crash corrupt kunto crap. The SNP is something new and yet to be adequately defined, an expression of trying to improve the future in a post idealistic way. Labour is the old way, and a dead horse's throes rather than one being thrashed. -

Ahhh I see. But actually I don't. See this is the problem, you are totally unconvincing in your political make up. People can vote for themselves... but here is how I think you politically 'appear' to me. Anti SNP Chat - 90% Socialist Lip Service - 10% Your mission on here is to attack the SNP. Who you really work for... knows. -

It will happen to the SNP IF they sell out their entire political raison d'etre...for a quick whank at power... like your lot did... and then died for. Time will tell. Right now we have a political future in Scotland to squander like you once had. I hope we don't defecate on it like you did. -

Blah blah blah... No company has a vote. People voted for the SNP. The same people who used to vote Labour. Get over it. -

Oh FFS the people who voted SNP are all the working classes. It is the landed toff khunts who hate the SNP and the snout at the trough pretendy socialist who hate them. It is a great time for democracy because the people of Scotland just told Labour finally to go itself up its sell out stinking corrupt arse. Now that is socialism in action. -
