My issue with Blackford is he tends to act a bit theatrical at times and overegg a speech, you can guarantee that if today was one of those times the BBC would have been all over it to make him look pompous. He was good today so I am not surprised he was cut short. People tend to believe whatever suits their agenda but I really hope that anyone on the fence will see that apart from showing nothing but disdain for Blackford , Johnson’s replies were utter horse shit and not even relevant to the questions. Stephen Kinnock asked him if he agreed Douglas Ross was a lightweight and he refused to answer, going off on a ramble about the union.

He was fairly crude but at least he was quite funny with it in his disinterested, couldnt give a fook character. There was nothing remotely funny about Brian meeting his ex wife and her new boyfriend in the street and them rattling on about her shagging the whole street and that she was a slag. Loved the first 2 series of this but have watched the first 2 episodes of this series and not been very impressed. Dont think I will bother finishing it . I am not particularly prudish but feel it is resorting to shit crude humour too often.

Obviously fuel is having a major impact but shipping costs in general are playing a large part in this. They have gone from $1500 to $ 15-20k per container in a very short period of time. Mainly caused by an increase in demand for goods as covid diminishes. You would hope these costs will reduce over time, its fookin outrageous and affects absolutely everything we buy. House prices are going through the roof at the moment and 3 interest rate rises are expected this year. There will be a lot of pain if things don’t settle down.

I didn’t interpret it as a change of policy. I thought the football, amongst other restrictions, were always going to be a short term situation to take pressure of the NHS during the festive period with so many people, including NHS staff, testing positive for Covid. I dont really see it as backtracking when it was meant to be temporary. Whether it was effective or not is another question.

Landscapers has been advertised a lot on Now TV, I had never heard of it but gave it a go. Its ‘different’. I imagine it will split opinions a bit. Some folk will see it as a clever piece of filming, others will see it as arty farty pish. I liked it , it did go off piste a bit at times but I thought it was well done. Main characters were fantastic which helped a lot.

Nothing is out of the question. It’s quite possible that any one of us could in fact be Nicola Sturgeon on here posting absolute shite every day. Mental yes, but definitely not out of the question . And personal wrong doings don’t seem to have affected the job prospects of the donkey that is in No10 . It would be a set back for independence if she was to have some deep dark dodgy secret , but there are loads of people who dont like her anyway , yourself included. Someone else would take her place. Long term, the establishment are going to have to do more than tarnish Nicola Sturgeons reputation to stop the independence movement.
