  1. Not actually true mate, no voters and 'hu'ns' aren't allowed to go to our games either if you were to take this board seriously. I've already been called a Plastic Jock this morning I used the term 'plastics' above but there was certainly no malice in it. Fact is I know two guys who are supporting Ireland that night, who have zero connections to them. To me I find it odd and a little bit sad but certainly don't lose any sleep over it and the last thing I would call them are bigots.
  2. FFS Bigotry and Racism, talk about over reacting you pair Can't say I agree with either of you although to be fair EK I do agree folks are free to do what they like. As I said further up the thread as long as the Irish fans are there to enjoy themselves then it won't matter to me.
  3. I had initially thought this as well but I think due to the start from them I reckon they will there in force. England always have a big following in fairness. Looking forward to it I must say
  4. Should be in before Burke certainly, although i don;t actually rate him as good enough either. From the current picks I think Strachan has it just about right.
  5. We bought up there as well to be near the away fans. Say what you like about the Irish, they have a great away support and will add to a brilliant atmosphere. The plastics will be out of course but I don't think it will make a massive difference, in fact it should add to it. As long as everyone is just there to support their team and enjoy themselves I have no issue and will welcome them. I just hope no one in our support gives them a hard time. Would be very hypocritical IMO. FFS you must not have very high standards if you think that Shit-Tip is 'Paradise'
  6. You won't be disappointed mate. The boat trips are good as well. The beer is decent enough from memory
  7. It's party food for tinks and common folk. As such they just embarrassed themselves in the whole thing. Not that I'm bitter about it you understand :D
  8. Pretty sure they reported them to SFA who then cross referenced the details with ssc accounts. My mate got into a bit of a spat about it. His tickets were cancelled.Might be wrong about the finer details of that. Tickets were defo cancelled though Ps ireland fans in with us will be minimal and I can't say I'm too bothered either. I've done it myself. The vast majority of them will be over to enjoy the game and support their team. im fine with that. It's not like any of them are doing a die hard scotland fan out of a ticket.
  9. An 'ultras' thing I believe. phannies
  10. Jelly and ice cream? Ban her!!!!! BAN HER NOW!!!!!!  :-))

    Hutton

As I said further up the thread I didnt think he was getting tight enough when defending. It was almost like he was tired and it was a secondary motion to go and shut the wide man down. Could probably apply that to his forward play. Maybe didn't feel he had the legs? Strange one because he has started well at Villa this season by all accounts
  12. This Solid performance. Strachan continues to impress me.

    Hutton

When was the last time he actually did that? I wonder if we are all remembering the player before his bad injury at Spurs which was a while ago now. He had a bad leg break at Rangers and was flying on his return. I thought he lost a yard after the one at Spurs though. As you say not a lot of options there. Personally thought Whitaker was solid tonight. Perhaps deserved a chance at his preferred position.
  14. Whilst I agree our attacking approach should continue I dint think it was 4-4-2 mate. More like a 4-2-4 at times Ps agree with fadiator would say that's a bit closer to how we play
  15. Angus_Young

    Hutton

Whitaker did fine tonight. Although Robertson is of course the future for that position. Hutton was really poor I thought. Apart from the glaring errors I didn't think he got tight enough.
  16. How many have you got going mate? 6 of us going from Alloa. We were going to get the train then ferry but could maybe look into a bus if we got enough numbers?
  17. Seen a few lads in a similar condition walking to the ground. I'd be amazed if they got in Done it myself though so not going to judge
  18. No need for an apology. As I said you don't know me so if you want to jump to conclusions that's your look out, and it certainly doesn't offend me. I'll never be ashamed to be a Rangers fan, but won't be an apologist for some of the clowns either. I believe the majority to be decent people, I just decided I had, had enough for a few different reasons including that particular issue. Anyway that wasn't really the point I was making. There are plenty of Scotland fans that don't care for Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen or whoever. Again it's fitba' rivalry and that's life. When we are all at Scotland though, that should be put to one side IMO.
  19. The bitterness some Rangers fans live their lives by astounds me. I stopped being a regular attendee at Ibrox in 2008 for a few reasons One of them being the pish spouted by our support every week. In fact now I think about it, Saturday was my first time in 3 years I've been to Ibrox. Unfortunately every club in Scottish football has fans like that as you have just proven. I really couldn't care less how you define me. As I said already you don't know me from Adam other than a few posts on here.I do know you are a clown for bringing that to a Scotland game though. All the best in your crusade, I'm sure you will manage to sticker a Rangers fan to death eventually.
  20. I was referring to the the union 'chant' that you tried and failed to start. But since you are hell bent on Rangers fans perhaps you could explain what they have to do with a Scotland game? I myself support Rangers, but also go to every Scotland game home and away with fans of 5 other clubs. You are bigoted towards me despite the fact we have never even met other than a few words on here? As I say complete ned behaviour and no better than the bigots you claim to despise.
  21. So basically just out looking for bother because of club fitba? Ned behaviour IMO mate. What I can't fathom is that you are getting ripped into guys for being a bigot when you are essentially one yourself?
  22. Brown didn't start well and mis-placed at least 3 passes. He won a cracking tackle mid-way through the first half then didn't put a foot wrong IMO. Deserved MotM
  23. Trains are running from Stonehaven to Glasgow Queen Street. You would need to stay over and travel back the next day though as the latest one returning is 9.30pm. Cheapest return is £23 but times are pretty unsociable. Realistically you would be looking at £47 return and then would have cost of staying somewhere. As mentioned above probably better trying to get a couple of seats on a supporters bus.
