  1. 2-0 .. Game over..1st ever win in 19 games for Poland against Germany.
  2. Poland look dead on their feet but the Germans lack a killer touch. Their goalie has been excellent.
  3. thought Hutton rank the flanks really well and wanted the ball more than most. His delivery is poor but hardly unusual for most of our team.
  4. Agonising as usual when we cant close out a game. 3-0 would not have flattered us. Hutton was a stand out with Brown,Anya and Maloney putting in good shifts. Missed Fletchers composure. We seem to be geared up for away games these days so I am confident we will take something in Poland.
  5. Scotland v Northern Ireland in March 81. World Cup Qualifier, 1-1. John Wark scored. If my memory serves me right the NI fans where in Main Stand enclosure.
  6. I am afraid I can't Useful link here though. http://lidiageringer.wordpress.com/2012/05/11/the-three-working-places-of-the-european-parliament-in-light-of-the-parliaments-discharge-report-for-2010/
  7. Having three venues for the European Parliament in Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg is a total waste of money.
  8. If you think the independence debate opened up massive divisions in Scotland just wait till the EU referendum and its impact on UK politics. I think Cameron probably lies away thinking why did he promise this. It will cost the Tories a majority in the UK elections.
  9. Looks like Paul Murray and George Letham are putting a funding package together. This is rumoured to involve Dave King although Murray stated last night the it remains confidential. This probably explains what Ashley has called an EGM to remove Wallace and Nash. This funding package need only require board approval and it looks like the five board would be 3-2 in approval of the funding. The funding would be a loan which of course would be converted into shares. Increasing the voting rights of the good guys
  10. Lets keep to the subject matter. The guy can say what he wants. His mistake was to use an official publication paid for by club to launch into a rant. He has rightly walked for this.Club officials need to look at how it was allowed to go to print.
  11. What is the basis of the Scottish Govt awarding the Scotrail contract to a Dutch based company at the expense of Aberdeen based First Group? Is it price alone?
  12. Ashley has called an EGM to remove Wallace and Nash. Battle stations. I would say Wallace is the good guy but who knows. Rangers International Football Club plc ("Rangers" or the "Company") Notice under Section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 The Company announces that it has received a notice dated 7 October 2014 from Mike Ashley, a director of MASH Holdings Limited ("MASH") under Section 303 of the Companies Act 2006. The notice states that MASH holds 4,265,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company amounting to 5% of the voting rights of the Company. MASH requires the Company to call a general meeting of the Shareholders of the Company and to put certain resolutions to Shareholders for inclusion in the business at such a general meeting of the Company (the "Notice"). The Notice puts forward resolutions for the removal of Graham Wallace and Philip Nash as directors of the Company. The Company is currently verifying that the Notice is properly constituted. If valid, the Board intends to seek to have such Notice withdrawn in order to avoid the cost and disruption of an ad hoc general meeting particularly given the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, further details of which will be announced in due course. The Board is united in its support of the executive team. If the Notice is valid and is not withdrawn, the Directors intend to recommend that Shareholders vote against the proposed resolutions. A further announcement will be made shortly.
  13. The Cowdenbeath v Rangers game could have been moved to the Sunday. I think we only have three players at the most on international duty. And they are not first team regulars with the exception of Mohsni who might even be banned for this game.
  14. Stating the obvious but we want two wins for Germany and preferably by decent margins? Just seen that Germany are at home is the second game.
  15. This was not a fanzine. It was a club endorsed programme bought by hundreds of Rangers fans. The guy abused his position. End of story.
