  1. Black Friday is a weekly event in market towns up and down the length of the land.
  2. ok we all know Liverpool are rank but you can get 19/10 with Corals for a home win today against Arsenal. A double with Newcastle to beat Sunderland returns £29 for a £5 bet. And for the more adventurous you can get 4/1 on Rangers to win the league.
  3. White City closed in 72 but I am going for early to mid 60's for the above shot. Probably earlier as the covers on the Rangers end where built in the 60's so that shot could be from the 50's
  4. not sure to be honest but there is a lot of old pics here relating to Ibrox. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=old+ibrox+aerial+picture&tbm=isch&imgil=b4Fyw1C_U8MfPM%253A%253BEJ1YPHSgpfSY9M%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fforums.scottishfootballforums.co.uk%25252Ftopic%25252F12973-pictures-of-old-stadiums%25252Fpage-2&source=iu&pf=m&fir=b4Fyw1C_U8MfPM%253A%252CEJ1YPHSgpfSY9M%252C_&usg=__aqPne4AxSQcK8DB03KZZ4-WhN3E%3D&biw=1440&bih=763&ved=0CDkQyjc&ei=8DWVVKqOL8HpUt3EgsgP#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=vXB9Kq2t0fm9DM%253A%3ByImZqg-mUMgPTM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fi36.tinypic.com%252F5ot9hv.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.pieandbovril.com%252Fforum%252Findex.php%252Ftopic%252F195565-aerial-shots-of-football-grounds%252Fpage-2%3B759%3B581
  5. rangers fans are probably more confused than ever. Its Ashley's style that is really concerning Rangers fans. If he was to let us know his plans that would be a start. If Ashley associates with the Easdales and the faceless investors then this is all going to end in tears.
  6. any copyright issues with these pics? I lifted the above one from another football forum.
  7. Old Ibrox. Albion Training Ground and White City Speedway Stadium in the pic. St Anthony's junior stadium and Benburb's ground (Tinto Park)
  8. now police are investigating three alleged murders as part of the allegations against a paedophile ring involving prominent figures in the 1970's and 1980's . Does anyone think the truth will ever get out? Cant post the link to the BBC at the moment
  9. You can just imagine the meetings on how to generate additional revenues. Neil - any growth opportunities in the next few months? aye . rangers :-))
  10. it will go to court and I imagine the SPFL will lose. So lets see what they come up with. My guess it will be straightforward no payment, no retention of honours. Then we will see its nothing more than a money grab.
  11. its not the fault of anyone. SPFL are looking for ways to plug a financial gap.. That's up to them but they will open themselves up to counter legal action. Its a strange tactic to seek confrontation when they are talking about moving it forward.
  12. SPFL have a significant financial problem due to lack of sponsors so I imagine is one way of plugging that gap. It looks too contrived and probably means the SPFL will use the old club new club card as a tactic. It will be interesting to see how this develops because the SPFL or whatever form it was in have already withheld funds from Rangers for a range of issues. Another way of looking at is it is part of a broadside against the current regime. This, plus Ally's pay off and a potential failed IPO for £8m in Jan may force the regime into a corner and by releasing this statement on the stock exchange they are trying to get fans on board for their cause.
  13. 5000 people were killed in November by terrorists who could be labelled as Jihadists. That is a lot of newsreel. This attack is getting extensive coverage. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-30420218
