He’s definitely better than Barry Bannan who somehow still gets capped! I have a feeling he will get a few caps yet.

Young players will be lightweight & inconsistent so that’s normal. Theyre only 16 so see how the season goes hopefully they get plenty of game time.

Exactly. And became an established international striker & Scotland’s best in over 20 years. I think it’ll be a case of either Dembele goes or he does & probably more likely someone will come in for Dembele.

Two performance school 16 year olds playing for Hearts last night & McDonald on his debut setting up the first goal and putting the corner in the box for Berra’s goal to make it 2-0. Promsing stuff. Always said Craig Levein was the saviour of Scottish football 😏

I see he’s been prolific for the under 23s and converted into a striker indeed. Big target man with potential, if he’s getting first team exposure at Everton then the under 21s seems a natural step and see how he develops.
