  1. If the ceilings were always that high with large windows, building warrants won’t allow them to be lowered so they keep in with the other houses outside. I wired houses about 10 years that were from an old hospital and some of the ceilings were 4-5 m high.
  2. Horrible disease all of the time, tragic at that age, same age as me, gotta live life for every moment, this news proves that Well done @EddardStark on not letting that bastard win.
  3. I’m a sucker for lesbians, if that counts??
  4. That only holds 1,500 people though, doesn’t it???
  5. I may renew and sign up the bairn now for the sake of both of us being members for my old price. Maybe.
  6. You could start by cutting off your broadband and mobile phone contract. That could save you anything between £50-£100 a month (losing mine would save me £130 a month), put that towards an away trip, you’ll easily save that between now and the nations league starting. The added, probably more obvious bonus would be that people dont have to read anymore of your blabbering pish. You can thank me near the ticket collection point, I’ll be the one across the road in the Moët bar, not giving a fuck how much of it I spill down my kilt.
  7. I want an Audi, Focus RS, Ferrari and lambourghini sitting outside my house, just so I can choose what I want to drive in that day, but I can’t afford them, so I’m happy with my corsa. These car companies are so out of touch with what the working man wants. If I really wanted even one of them in my lifetime, I would save every spare penny I had, sacrifice nights out and holidays until I could get what I wanted. But I don’t, I have responsibilities and a family to provide for, so by choice, I put it towards them. Are you suggesting that only people on a basic working class wage should be allowed to attend games and other people that have money from one way or the other aren’t allowed to follow Scotland, just because they have more means of doing it than you do? Incidentally, how do you assume that someone living in Cathcart has all the money to go to games anyway?
  8. Not really no. Lets use this as an example, you live on Cathcart Road, so getting to Hampden is easy for you. I on the other hand live in Shetland, sometimes it’s simply not possible to get 2 days off work for home games, friendlies etc, however, I do have enough time booked off to make each of my away trips a 3-5 day holiday, each coming in at circa 1k total, that’s before I have travelled to the home games that I can squeeze time in for, where as you’ve spent less going away and walked to the ground from your house, so you’re the better, more deserving fan? You think you have more right than me, having to more home games and less away games to get a ticket before I do? You need to get your head out of the clouds sunshine, that’s simply an idiotic thing to say. Ps, to say the points ladder is impossible to get on is a load of pish too. I was on 0 points before I went to Oslo, got a ticket, 0-1 when I went to Kaunas, got a ticket, Wembley (friendly) was a free for all, as was the carling cup in Dublin and the 2 other friendlies in London. That doesn’t even scratch the surface of games I didn’t go to.
  9. If hibs didn’t shite it twice against Aberdeen, they would be clear in second place. So frustrating.
  10. I’ll be moving out to Westhill, paint my house red and white, then build a wee bar that my pals come to before games. That'll really piss off the locals
  11. I have no idea, I’m a Sparkie, not an estate agent Going by house prices for flats in Aberdeen though, it will be a considerable amount that it’s worth. I would think 15-20 million would be a ballpark figure.
  12. Investors and selling pittodrie. I don’t know if they are asking for any sort of government help.
  13. The people of Westhill generally think they’re better than everyone else. They keep saying Aberdeenshire council doesn’t want it, which is good, as it won’t built in the shire. The local council of kingswells also said the residents didn’t want it, without actually consulting anyone. Some of the comments the last year from them have been hilarious, one lassie said if there was football in Westhill, she wouldn’t be able to get to Costco between 3&5 pm as the A944 would be shit to traffic on maychdays and this is the only time she could get there. Another said she would have to get 6ft fences and cctv installed at her parents house to keep out the hooligans that rampage all over the city centre at weekends.
  14. I think my favourite part of today was the kille keeper caught in camera saying “wow” Im unsure if I’ve said this already, it’s my last drink before my 3 month health and fitness course, so I’m making the most of it. Conveniently forthearsehoed I go to games woth, I’m the official designated driver. Forsy stoo, Easter roD?, will be inetreesrimf, I’ve never seen that place sober
  15. Mcginns goal is better all round, but not often do you get a centre half ripping one from 35-40 yards. When he picked it up, we could all tell what he intended, the whole of section Y collectively went, “Don’t even think about it”
  16. When you see the goal, you’ll understand why. Mcginns wasn’t too shabby either. Better second half, we were disgraceful in the first.
  17. I wouldn’t get too excited, it’s pishing with rain and freezing
