  1. And that is why I am not a football manager. Two great crosses from Palmer and a tidy finish from Dykes. Well done to both players.
  2. Trying to work out where Dykes fits in a 4-6-0.
  3. McLean, Fleck and McTominay doesn't fit the idea of a dynamic midfield does it?
  4. They cannot forfeit the match. The rules are that the fixture must be fulfilled. 4-2-3-1, 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 3-5-1-1, 4-3-1-2, 4-6-0 or Tierney at right back doesn't absolve the Czech Republic of the obligation to send a team out on Monday at kick-off time.
  5. Ah know - but dinnae crucify me for asking a legitimate question!!!
  6. Too many excuses - not enough reality. Who are the four forwards who would walk into our time - and who would they replace?
  7. In your opinion - which I respect. I thought Ryan Jack - surprisingly - was excellent tonight in the break-up role. Penalty apart (and let's face it - the award was generous), there was no other shot on goal, so how can that be considered as acceptable from our creative players?
  8. You do know that he took a penalty - brilliantly - tonight against Israel. And created fuck all otherwise?
  9. Not clueless at all - penalty apart, what did he seriously contribute tonight? Forrest too? Ryan Jack was excellent tonight and got four-fifths of bugger all from those in front of him. And I ain't no Sevco fan BTW.........
  10. Ryan Christie is a thief. Not to blame for being called up or picked, but I've ever understood the hype about him. Stuart Armstrong is by some distance the more cerebral and disciplined player.
  11. Dykes is knackered. Israeli keeper has not had a shot to save, penalty apart.
  12. Not often I agree with you, but you've called this one. Thank fuck Tierney is nowhere near right back.
  13. Take it as meeting the school bully's fire with fire......................
  14. Of course it didn't bother you, that's why your constructive response was personal abuse. As always.
  15. At last some good news. That's a serious mental hurdle overcome - Well done Andy.
  16. Winning ten in a row in these days of financial doping is a more significant achievement than being top of the pile in the unpasteurised Champions trophy that preceded the current version that's rigged for TV exposure?
  17. Guys - please leave it be. There is no issue on my part. Slasher's team lost unexpectedly tonight - we've all been there done it and have the scars - we are Scotland fans after all.
  18. Your team lost a game tonight that they shouldn't have. Take it as one of these things that occasionally happens in life. The sad sack stuff is beneath you.
