  1. All 4 nations should be able to compete, oh wait, we must protect this glorious pointless union and brand GB
  2. Hahaha I like your thinking! I had a wee check on him after I saw his name too! Brazilian I think, unfortunately
  3. Good for you, thats magic to hear. However I doubt that you are a dual national, and even if you were I dont think you can speak on behalf of all people who were born in one country but have a parent from another one. 16 pages
  4. aye and he also says he's scottish in his interview... He's dual nationality, it's really not that difficult If it's good enough for Strachan it should be good enough for the numpties on here
  5. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/gordon-strachan-asked-bournemouth-star-5346027 Strachan said: “The first thing you ask is: ‘Are you Scottish?’ It’s that simple. Some people might have Scottish fathers but think of themselves as English. “He feels Scottish, that’s what he wants to be and he was so excited when he got the call. He was away to speak to his dad straight away. “You ask if people want to be Scottish. There have been a couple who hummed and hawed and so, no. “You need to have that feeling – as much as the paperwork. You have to feel you want to be Scottish.
  6. Id hope so anyway. This talk of get him to feck and he's my new boo boy is totally shocking tbh. If I was Ritchie and England called me up id say the exact same thing he has. I look forward to seeing him. He's another great option in that 3 behind the striker position. Anya left Ritchie right sounds great.
  7. Well then, he is half scottish. There shouldn't even be a debate about him. All these people making a big deal over it more than likely don't even understand his situation with having one Scot and one English parent. The fact that this has reached 10 pages is embarassing.
  8. This guys clearly on a massive wind up after hearing the nonsense people are coming away with re Ritchie
  9. No wonder this board gets a bad name with some of the extremist pish on here (from a very small minority may I add) he's half scottish you morons why are people giving him a hard time???? Unbelievable haha.
  10. If my dad was English I'd love to play for England. How can anyone be angry here?
  11. This forum can be embarassing at times... Haha unbelievable. While the idiots on here are booing Ritchie they better remember to boo Morrison and Martin too. Sure that'll go down well with folk sitting next to you.
  12. Wind your neck in and support the team. His dad's Scottish he's got as much right playing for us as you do supporting us.
  13. Type Tony Watt into Twitter! My god. He must be turning it on big style there the fans love him!!! Done more in that league than May get him in the squad. Before Ireland try and pinch him!
  14. WHAT!1??!?!? Take all his goals and his caps off him immediately he's making the national team a laughing stock I tell yeee imagine wanting to play for the country that his dad was from and no Malaysia traitor barsteward!!!!! Am I doing this right?
  15. Yup. Correct. Absolutely ridiculous. Morrison is one of my favourite players. I'd welcome him. His dad is Scottish FFS!!! If my kid was born in England I would be over the moon if he played for Scotland or England. Some people on here very backwards
  16. Of course he's near a starting slot. I'd personally like to see him start. He's probably about 5th or 6th choice for playing in that 3 behind the striker role.
  17. I watched the game and he played quite well. Certainly better than what's being made out on here. And I'm not one who thinks he should start for us atm
  18. I'm the opposite. I was 100 percent against it. Now I'm 100 percent for it. Hampdens shite.
  19. 22 minutes for Robertson today, is he ok?
  20. No. Not a chance. Friendlies are pish most of the year, I don't see why players should have to give up their Xmas with their families to fly around the world to play an international meaningless friendly infront of 10k fans at Hampden (if you're lucky) on Boxing Day.
  21. This isn't a loaf of bread though, it'll be a competitive international football match, 1 of only 3 that will happen here next year. £35 a ticket isn't thatttttt bad, I pay £12 to watch Arbroath every week in the 3rd, it's £15/18 some places in the 2nd and gets higher as you go up the leagues.England prices were wayyyyyyy over the top though for a friendly. I'll accept that. Why doesn't everyone just wait and see what the SFA do for members etc before lynching them?
  22. Never heard any of them in the ground, thought it was 'England till I Die'
  23. I say that near enough every week watching Arbroath and at Scotland games, be good being born in Madrid eh, surely can't be as frustrating watching Real and Spain...
