Agree Rossy. Even with top price of 15 quid at goodison tonight when the game is as meaningless as it is then it's pointless. Champions league group stages have totally irrelevant games and dead rubbers. Revert to free for all draw home and away knockout. Oh and make champions league for champions. Yep gutted am not going tonight. Only missed 8 home games since 1976 but said at the start when the prices were announced i wouldn't be going and I'm sticking to my principles. Wandering around the city centre at lunchtime and seeing everyone mingling and meeting up started to get to me and it's hurting. Got a freebie for Georgia, so I went. I have secired a freebie for engurland so am going now despite having no appetite whatsoever for it. Nae freebie for tonight so pub for me. My only consolation is that i know a number of regulars who are not going for the same reason as myself! C'mon Scotland let's win this tonight.

There are now thousands of England fans who see the benefit of supporting their country rather than trashing it. It has taken from then until now to have that eradicated although the hooligan element still exists albeit in a much smaller scale. It is now controlled and contained. I still though think that some of he sensible Engerlund fans can and do get caught up in it. I firmly believe that that is because they can't handle alcohol.
