  1. Totally. You gotta do what you gotta do.
  2. Scott Allan is a Rangers fan and went to Celtic. Club associations mean nothing when it comes to a career/livelihood.
  3. Alright... Well, you believe what you wish and you're entitled to think as you do. Personally, I'll take the fables of Aesop and the Grimm Brother's for more of a moral code. None of their stories have lead to lifetimes of murders, genocide and atrocities in their name. Namaste.
  4. Nah. I have a good grip. Oh, I'm aware that you called the post brilliant, but I respectfully disagree. Sarcasm is simple. I don't think I've ever heard of sarcasm being brilliant. Ever seen Roy Keane or Graeme Souness do punditry? Picture them when I post.
  5. I intended to, and then you called someone who was being sarcastic towards me as being "brilliant". I'm willing to try it again.
  6. Coming from someone who hasn't put anything as much a bit of tinsel this yea, I don't know. People spend 364 days of the year saying that they're not religious, that they don't believe in God, etc, and then putting up a tree, etc. It's disingenuous.
  7. Familiar? Maybe you've read something I've written. (Not from here) I didn't lie about anything. I didn't say that you said that "Mess couldn't play in midfield", I said that you suggested it.
  8. Brilliant sarcasm is an oxymoron. And here was me thinking that it was all left in the past. Fine, let's continue.
  9. Fair enough. Believe me on this, I don't care which formation we play, where we play the players, which players we select, as long as we win, build momentum and actually have a team that we're all proud of. If that's with a four at the back or with a three, I don't care. I just want us to get back on track.
  10. Really? You agree with most of what I post? You're in the minority. I think it's the way that I write, but in my line of work getting people engaged (even if it's through negative vibes) is never a bad thing. Blame it on the day job, I suppose. Just today I've faced a torrent of personal insults and name-calling... so I think I've annoyed people. Me? Nah. I'm cool as a frozen cucumber.
  11. Are you shitting me? Duty? Consequences? Dude, you're taking words from a book and treating them as fact? Man wrote the bible with no help from a higher being. That's fact.
  12. Ah. Then they're wording it wrong. It's the "quantity over quality" thing.
  13. Missed the Napoli match where he made a goal-saving interception when he floated into the middle of midfield? Yes, that did encourage the Liverpool fans to chant his name. He's worth £72m as a footballer OK. That's your opinion, but what's with the insults and personal attacks? When you reduce yourself to that kind of behaviour then you lose the higher ground. Mmm.. I haven't played Football Manager since the 2013 edition. People keep saying that I regurgitate, but how can I not when I have to repeat myself? Anyway. I'm not going to reply to all that as I literally speed-read through it. It lost my interest. A little advice? Stop with the insults and personal attacks. You're better than that.
  14. Well, it's just what I read into it. No offence was intended. But yes, I'll move on, gladly. It would be disingenuous for me to say the same... as I don't really recognize it... so have a great Holiday.
  15. Right. How silly of me. Can people be unbrainwashed? If so, look into it.
  16. You said it sarcastically, akin to people saying that they wonder why Gus McPherson didn't play in goals, etc. I'm not apologizing for you trying to take the piss out of me.
  17. It's no an attitude. I literally scan names on this place, no disrespect is meant, I assure you.
  18. You've already said that "that's not what I meant", so prove that you didn't say it. You suggested that Messi wouldn't be able to play as anchorman. I think everyone on this forum would welcome the "failure" of qualifying for 2 out of the next 3 tournaments. Plus, Craig Brown was not sacked from the Scotland job. He quit. We came 2nd to a very good Czech team. Look at our last qualification campaign, we came third to England and Slovakia. Well, people keeping saying that we have a "strong" midfield. I disagree.
  19. OK. Let me get this straight, I think your suggestion that Messi would be lost in midfield is ludicrous. (I don't mock you or laugh at you, I just think you're wrong) and you think I'm an alias? Are you paranoid? You think I'm some shadow from the past who picked this time and this hour to haunt you? And I chose to do that by saying that your suggestion that Messi couldn't play I midfield is utter nonsense? Yes. Perfect revenge fodder. Errr…. No.
  20. No. You suggested that Messi wouldn't be able to play as a deep-laying midfielder. It's in black and white, mate.
