  1. An organisation like no other, pay all that cash for a membership and they couldn't run a raffle!
  2. Nae bother wasn't the greatest worded effort! And from my experience above even loading them 5 minutes before, it emptied them at ten and made me start again which is fair enough, so I don't think people can keep them before even for hours as when cones to alloted time it makes you start again, I hope so as never bothered with the Welsh ones at 4pm as sold out well before.
  3. Aye by putting them in the basket at five to ten waiting for the ten o'clock threshold, crime oh the century, and the Ireland tickets weren't sold out by ten, but you appear to be in the know allegedly!
  4. Tried this yesterday when waiting for the 14 points to open at 10am, said tickets were in the basket but when I went to pay when it opened it made me start again. Disappointed if that is the case and people were able to leave in their basket, or other way they were on and off all day looking and got lucky, I looked a few times but was always at sold out but the number of points to be eligible kept dropping, suppose its the sfa nothing straightforward with that lot!
  5. Think Sky just put Crocker on to wind us up, total snide comments throughout and can actually hear the delight in his voice when we concede, he’s a condescending prick.
  6. He’s a total bellend, takes delight in undermining our team, typical sky tv pish, only country in the world that has other countries commentating on their games, can’t stand listening to this sanctimonious prick
  7. McLeish and his two sidekicks shouldn’t be near that team on Sunday, direct flight for them home. Players need a look at themselves too, too many going through the motions. Shinnie should never be near a Scotland squad again, along with Palmer both so out of their depth, and the two centre half for all the hype are rank rotten.
  8. passenger on Thursday and same tonight, lack of drive and no heart, what must the likes of McGinn & Mcgregor think when this fraud is getting game time
  9. Got one in the west area B6, but its a kids ticket, any use?
  10. Spot on Pecker, things can change quickly in football, look at republic when we beat them last campaign looked doomed and then ....... But don't let the football get in the way of the only here for the party boys (but seems like the troops are starting to desert the trenches, the army is in disarray, maybe a good thing and get a real support that want a winning team on the park, rather than all the heroes fighting the good fight everywhere they go, win lose or draw !! F..k the score) And on topic McLeish or Wattie, ten men behind the ball and a bit of luck springs to mind, but then again a wins a win
  11. Probably don't, but the SFA pick the manager, who is meant to get the best out of the players, that he picks
  12. Heard this expression for the last forty years and never really understood what makes you a football person, was anything from the guy who sat at the same spot in the local every night but read the daily ranger sports page, never went to games but was the football expert, or the coach of the local team who was the next Fergie.based on the fact his dad played a few years earlier for the same team and was usually part of some clique that were the bastion of football knowledge in the local town. Always felt this is part of the reason we will never improve as a football nation, as we have all these so called football people who are experts in their own eyes, and are not open to change like other nations, as we are a so called football nation, bit like listening to radio scotland on a saturday with all the egos and opinions of failed managers scared to rock the boat. Bought the ticket so will still attend, boycotts don't help the players (everyone to their own and all that), a constant vocal barrage at Regan for the whole game would be a start for me, as it's him and his crew at the SFA that are the problem not the players.
  13. So if all these areas are much greater than St Johnstone's level how did Griffiths, Paterson, Wallace etc manage to play on Friday when they all play in the same league as a team than are consistently top six, so on your logic John McGinn should be no where near the squad. I do watch St Johnstone and Anderson is a steady experienced defender, has been caught out for a few goals in the last few weeks, shouldn't really be even in the thoughts of an international team, but that's how bad we are at centre half that it's getting mentioned, and is certainly as good a player as Hanley.
  14. Both these two guys play too much first team football for Strachan's liking, but when big Tommy Wright gets the gig, Ando will be a first pick! But is certainly a problem area and not much out there to help in the short term.
  15. Agree Kenny Miller has been good for Scotland over the years, but think the good years are now behind him
  16. interesting thoughts, here's my thoughts, once you take the maroon shades off and look at this season not last, Swanson not overweight and ripped Hearts a new one in the league cup a couple of months ago and going by current form wouldn't be any worse than some of the dross I've seen in a Scotland shirt, only my opinion. Miller is past it and not the way forward Souttar is not ready Who's begging, there wasn't enough to go round. Tierney is more than okay and certainly higher than 3rd or 4th choice Griffith should start but taking everything, not going to happen
  17. Too small to defend the corners, who cares if he scores goals, strachan and all that went before them will never pick a Saints player. But he is some player at the top of his game, but why pick players in form, when you have your favourites playing a few minutes in the 2nd greatest league in the world!
  18. Since wee ginger picks scottish championship players, whats wrong with looking at big Steven Ando from Perth Saints in there, far better defender than Hanley and while they are at it, Swanson is in the form of his life, especially when you see the likes of Barry square ball Bannan getting in there, and big Zander Clark is a top keeper in the making, but is never going to happen as Gordie only likes players from big clubs and so called big leagues, in his small narrow mind.
  19. 10% a token gesture as usual just to say they have done it, only reason they are remaining viable is because of the England game and people renewing to get a ticket for the home game, with the price they charge and nothing in return for the £50 odd quid, total waste of money for 20,000 folk, seems to be they are happy as long as their regulars are sorted out for tickets, total disregard for all the others who pay every two years for a crap t shirt and bit of flannel about being more than a number. With the 10% check farce ( don't want to admit their is a harvesting problem for this game) and Malta selling other tickets for the away support, call me cynical, but looks like a carve up to keep the 7000 or so happy that are on points above 2 or 3 so they all get a Wembley ticket and not add any hassle with others getting a point from a further allocation for this game in Malta.
  20. Got 2 in the section advertised on Malta FA site, did an e mail to them on Monday and they responded straight away, saying if would be an open sale and they stated home and neutral tickets would be available. I e mailed the SSC last night to ask where they were with extra tickets and if they even tried, still waiting on a response! pretty poor service with the cost of the membership. Not a problem with the points system as I don't go to many away games, but regardless would expect them to make a bit of effort for the lower pointers who pay the same membership fee, or at least say they were knocked back/didn't bother asking, instead of the wall of silence. Btw most of these 25Euro tickets are just about gone looking at the site map
