  1. in the old town there is an irish bar with a big screen, they might have it on, give them a shout https://www.facebook.com/irishpub.stpatrick.bucharest
  2. whats the script with the train anyway, cant even remember how i've got to hampden before for club games when i've got the train through apart from getting fleeced us for £50 off a taxi driver when i was 17 (almost 17 years ago, grim) who claimed he "had another job" think i maybe got a taxi early to budha bar? and walked are all other times some poor soul's been driving. what's the latest you can get to the queue and be at mount florida for 19:15? actually might just get a taxi at 4 to that budha bar, is it still open?
  3. anyway is the lanky bean pole (punt not intended) getting booed after his whinging or not? i need to get some practise in if so.
  4. no its not, poland and ireland play out a turgid draw and we are out. the only saving grace is ireland may play for a win to finish second but with o'neil i doubt that very much and poland will be delighted with playing out the game to finish second. anyway the chances of us winning tomorrow are slim to say the least.
  5. wouldnt be pretty happy with that. but i reckon CC is correct although maybe D fletcher to come back in for McCarthur
  6. think he is fully ingrained there now, read an interview about how much he loves going away with england, also another article that suggests that his dad of all people was pushing him towards switching to england.
  7. good, don't want another charlie gilmour on our hands, wonder if his dad's red face has faded yet (is/was a scotland youth coach) just been reading up on oliver burke at forrest he seems to be very highly rated too
  8. lets hope he turns out to be decent and doesn't jump ship if England come calling, has been squads for a age groups so here's hoping.
  9. i see by the photo ruben sammut started the game (promising chelsea midfielder) what's his scottish connection, scottish mum ?
  10. If it was up to me I'd have kenny duchar and big Andy smith in the squad, on fire.
  11. and the third to be a fletcher right foot volley from a forrest cross.
  12. haha totally does. was there not some fuss yonks ago when hearts played mallorca in europe about the size of the goals?
  13. he brought out a cracker of a save from marshall when we were getting battered in the second half.
  14. been injured, back in training this week.
  15. x 2. often when i'm working abroad cooped up in the hotel i raid the mini bar and go through them all. cheers min.
  16. I agree, how long does he have left on his contract, he might have to run it down to get a move to premiership. 12 million+ is a lot for a championship striker all be it a well proven one.
  17. me neither, 2-0 IMO, 32 and 76 mins
  18. I agree with you that currently this is the case with griffiths being at celtic but he has never played for teams that dominate games previously, he played in a stinker of a hibs team that would have got relegated without him and most of his goals were of his own making
  19. you don't have a career games to goal ration of 2 to 1 if you aren't clinical. 1 out of 7 to 8 chances is clearly not correct when you look at the stats 2006–2009 Livingston 47 (22) 2009–2011 Dundee 47 (21) 2011–2014 Wolverhampton Wanderers 26 (12) 2011–2013 → Hibernian (loan) 66 (31) 2014– Celtic 45 (28
  20. As discussed on here before, Dorrans is most likely one of the players strachan said he wont call up if there is not much chance of them getting a game so they can spend time with their family.
