  1. Are people still taking my figure seriously? Do Scots not get sarcasm??
  2. Do you lads actually think I'm being serious?
  3. Ah yes.. everyone in Ireland are Celtic fanatics. Couldn't be further from the truth my friends. We've absolutely zero interest in them over here.
  4. Three Mobile tickets were the last batch to go on sale. Game is sold out and no more tickets will be put on sale anywhere. 51,000 tickets sold.
  5. 28,004 tickets bought for Scotland. This is going to be like a home game for you lads
  6. Republic of Ireland vs Scotland is officially a sell out. 51,000 tickets sold. 28,000 of those in Scottish hands somehow.
  7. Hi, I'm a Three Ireland customer and i've a code for tickets for our game. I understand a lot of Scots have tickets for our game vs England. I'm willing to do a straight swap.
  8. Dicey's is a nice outdoor bar but it gets very very busy. It's open until around 3am.
  9. Where do you think you'll get the 5,000+ tickets that arent in the away end?
  10. You lads still confident of having 8,000 in the ground. I really can't see there being more than 2,000 in the home end at this stage
  11. As i've suggested in another thread if you're hitting pubs go the places right off Grafton St. Keogh's, McDaids, Davy Byrnes, Bruxells to name a few. If you're then looking for a late one then 5 min walk up the road is the lovely Harcourt St. You've your choice of about six or seven nightclubs where are us Irish hit.
  12. Average price in Dublin city centre is approx €5.20. There's a place right underneath Tara St dart station called O'Reilly's that sells €4 pints all day Friday and Saturday.
  13. As you know we're a foreign country so the Three Mobile you have is completely different to what we have. There'll be no general sale for you lads to get tickets. I'm 110% certain of that.
  14. There will be absolutely zero issue with Scottish fans in the home end. As i've said before sadly Irish fans got coins thrown at them and secterian abuse from a minority in Glasgow as they sat in the home end. I guarantee there'll be zero hassle when you visit. We leave that shite to people in Northern Ireland and a minority in Scotland
  15. Most places on Harcourt St are very late opening. Newish place called the Black Door right beside D2 nightclub has been known to be serving pints at 5:30am/6am. Bucks Townhouse on Leeson St also opens very late. For all Scots fans on here i'd enourage you to give Temple Bar area a miss. Go for the bars off Grafton St or Baggot St and then hit Harcourt St or Camden St if you fancy a very late one
  16. I just find the general attidude from Scots on here amusing. A couple of wins against Croatia and all of a sudden Scotland are a force to be reckoned with.
  17. Yeah i agree with this. Get the DART straight out to Howth. Only 30 mins from the city centre. A beautiful scenic viillage
  18. Right so the Irish squad is dreadful but the Scottish one is strong. Got it
  19. Highly unlikely to be honest. Your best bet is just to find a good bar in the city centre.
  20. Spoke with contacts in FAI yesterday and there will 100% be NO general sale. The game is effectively a complete sell out.
  21. Just like McGeady and McCarthy
  22. Is that Ireland's fault? They both could have played for Scotland. They chose not to. The FAI didn't steal them or poach them or anything like that
