Can’t wait for this. It’s a very big game. Win this and we have a massive chance to move to Group A in the nations league. Unthinkable when the tournament was born and a very likely playoff place for euro 2024 minimum.

I don’t go down this route normally however.. Wales were LUCKY (hate that word) v Ukraine. It was one of the weirdest matches I’ve seen. Ukraine played them off the park and Wales benefitted from an oddball of a goal. The type of goal we could have benefitted from but didn’t. We are better than Wales and will be for a long time to come. Their better players are crocks and we have a lot of promise coming through.

Nah .. Euros was only 1/4 full and it was on our door step. 100% capacity and barely anyone can afford to go.

Ach I may never get the chance to speculate about tickets for World Cup tickets when Scotland’s would be fixtures have opponents and dates. By Thursday morning this could be dead so let’s enjoy it while we can. Managed to get to every Euro group game. Never been to a World Cup match. Give me your educated or uneducated guesses on how many tickets the SSC would be likely to get for each fixture. I can dream…

Totally agree. It’s a real shame when a points loyalty system can be abused or bypassed in any way. Atleast the SSC try to impose it. Hearts have a loyalty system that they just bin for the big games as they can’t be arsed with the hassle. They went from people on 120 points to just anyone for the cup final. Didn’t affect me but they pissed off about 50% of the fan base.

I’ve never not gotten a ticket to a match I’ve wanted to go to and I don’t plan on missing the play off final - still back myself to get in somehow. However .. Would there be appetite for a beamback at Hampden for us SSC members on below 16 points? Would love to see it happen. Much prefer to be in amongst “real” Scotland supporters as opposed to in the pub with folk that lambast us when we give away a throw in.

I respect that opinion however I don’t see now as the time to experiment. We have a settled 16/17 players who are on a high. These games could be momentum killers.

I’m with you on this one. Entirely. I’d like to play zero games in March now. One would have been acceptable but to play two just seems completely stupid. Give the players a well earned rest so they can have enjoy an important run in with their clubs and come back determined in June. Fair enough meet up, train, bond… whatever they want to do but playing a match is stupid and travelling abroad is just ridiculous
