I generally sit in cheap seats in the Broomloan with my kids. Whilst I do hear the songs, in general there was very little sectarian stuff going on and I did feel it was an improvement on previous seasons. It may well be worse this season as only total die hards still go and they are the type to sing the nasty stuff. The lack of success and the board stuff may well have also helped bring the neanderthals to the forefront. As the previous poster has pointed out, other clubs fans forums are just as bad because that's where the keyboard warriors congregate to spread their bile. They aren't necessarily a good guide of the general supporter though. I'll stick by my estimate of the percentage of fuds following each club being very similar until someone can prove otherwise. I've met some total roasters from nearly every club in Scotland. The worst being Aberdeen. That's just my personal experience and doesn't mean they have the most despicable fans. On the plus side Killie fans are normally decent folk in my experience. Ayr fans, not so much.

There is more to it than that. The League Cup only had the Semi's and Final sponsored because of the OF game.

Then why does the top league not have a sponsor? Serious question, is it Rangers related or is the product unattractive or something else? You say the product is good but corporate sponsors disagree for some reason.

The current board have lost all of the fans and the corporate sponsorships would have followed. They were turning Ibrox into a morgue. The Rangers fans joy is around getting shot of the current diddies that have done nothing positive rather than in King being "The Saviour" you are trumpeting.

A 14 or 16 team league with a split would eradicate this issue quite easily. There will however always be some pointless games.

Not so sure to be honest. Ignoring the self-aggrandising language and "I told you so" preening it says pretty much feck all.Dave King has put forward lots of options with regard to Mike Ashley and his loans. The most recent was that he'd just pay them back. There's supposedly £16m of funding available that was previously offered to the club but rejected for Ashley. That's enough to get rid of the initial Ashley board members. Phil doesn't seem to have heard of this or maybe it doesn't suit his story? He may be right about not trusting King, on that I agree but the rest of it is just him having a Sherman over a mirror.

I'd agree with this. King has already made it known he was getting rid of them as he felt they hadn't been working appropriately in the Clubs best interests. I suspect they're in full duck and cover mode and will be "tidying " up any associated paperwork.
