From what I remember of the red card, Moore skinned Robertson (not for the first time) and Robertson took a frustrated swipe at him as he went past, but missed. Bizarrely, a couple of years back when playing for Queens Park at McD, his namesake Andy Robertson was sent off for exactly the same thing in almost exactly the same spot on the pitch! I suppose even though they both missed the player it is technically violent conduct, so the red card was probably correct. I once had an opponent sent off for something very similar in the Dundee u18 leagues, although he did try to elbow me in the head as i went past, as opposed to kicking me!

We did some travelling around Ireland between the 2 Carling Cup games. Stayed in a cottage on the coast in County Clare for 4 nights and did loads of sightseeing stuff from Galway down to Lahinch. Then we stopped over in Burr on the way back to Dublin. Loved it and would definitely do something similar again if I had the holidays.

He's spot on. I could only justify forking out for one of these matches and at no point did I even consider the England game.

My friends told me a guy somehow fell down the gap in the Stairwell in the lisbon lions stand after the game. They heard the thump as he hit the ground and had to walk past him to get out. He seemed to have landed on his back/vack of his head. They all looked a bit shocked to say the least. Just hope he's Ok.
