Yep all of the above is pretty much the consensous. Morrison still has something to offer, Brown is done. Friendlies are desperately needed - The fact the manager has came out and said the same players and same system will be used next time round is beyond disappointing.

Why do a warm weather training camp at all!? We always seem to get pumped and its a fiasco. These guys are pro's who are just being asked to do their job and play football - They shouldnt need 25-30 degree heat in Spain to do that. They get 6 weeks off with their families in the summer to relax in the sun. Can we not just play two friendlies like basically all other countries? We are pish, disorganised and at the moment a bit of a joke.

Yeah squad player. One of those for us who need to put in big perfromances if they are to stay part of the plans going forward given the age they are now at; Scott Brown, Naisy etc

I'd probably rather see us play some sides who were lower down the rankings where we could (Not that we ever would) try some new young players and try things out.

Playing Northern Ireland again would be a bizarre choice. Infact playing either of them would be given we've played Poland 3 times in 2 years.

Yes it's very frustrating indeed. We should play 2 games in both March and the end of the season, as most nations will. Wouldn't stun me if we only played 1 on each date, possibly even just 1 in total. Madness. On another note Michael Mifsud (Malta's main striker) has scored 40 international goals, many of which have came against good sides we struggle to score against. A lot of his goals are in friendly matches and they regularly play the maximum amount of friendlies available. As do pretty much every other nation I would imagine. Rant over.

On a plus point; Gordon, Tierney, Allan, Armstrong & McGregor all started in Europe for Celtic. Tierney shows real promise and it's nice to see Allan starting - This is a make or break season for his career now really.

No, no we don't. We have blind optimism and the standard over-rating of our below average players. Realistic? No chance. I want to say we do as much as anyone but we are rank rotten at the moment I am afraid.

4th is most likely - It's where we're at to be fair and brutally honest. 5th is possible. 3rd we could possibly get but not with the current system and style of playing. 2nd no chance to be honest - Would love to say we could finish there but seriously, how!? There's just no way really unless we dramatically alter things, freshen up and approach the group in a totally differnet way. 1st Lol 6th Come on now. Although Malta aren't that bad.....!!!

They are beatable yes but we wont try and beat them away, same as Lithuania. We are being realistic not pssimistic saying that 4th is likely for us tbh.
