Think its obvious he will use one of Robertson and Tierney at left back and the other one on the wing. Wallace can also cover CB so not disappointed to see him in there. Anya not worth his place anymore but I guess he see's him as a right back. Phil Bardsley has a good reason to be annoyed. The omission of Charlie Adam for John McGinn is a joke. It's not as annoying as some of Strchans squads atleast.

Don't think i've ever been less enthused for a Scotland game thanks to the current management. Stopped travelling to games and possibly wont even bother watching this one on the TV. Sad times.

Nail on the head. Change needed and will definitely improve things. Worrying aspect is that the SFA may appoint someone similar again! Nevertheless he has to go and should have a long time ago.

Haha very good. Watching a game now (at the moment refusing to go to games till Strachan is gone) consists of me shaking my head in disbelief at the squad announcement, being even more flabbergasted by the starting line up and shouting profanities during the match at the lack of any real quality from either the players on the park football wise or the manager during/after the game has finished!

The list is fine but this one concerns me. Potential to be as bad as Strachan and his comments mimic those of Strachan a lot of the time.

Someone better at selecting a squad, picking a team, justifying his decisions and talking to the media than Gordon Strachan is.

AShley Williams is a top level EPL centre half. Our best centre half is on a championship teams bench.

Thanks for the input Gordon. He's been good all season and intermittently for a number of years. I look forward to seeing players playing at a much lower level than him including players from the English and Scottish Championships & Players not even playing regularly or at all, being named in the next squad while he is once again, incorrectly, left out.

Paterson. I wouldn't be against Souttar being in given how poorly off we are for centre halves. Also know that he is out for the season too.

I see Andy Watson left the Scotland coaching staff today as he got a better job coaching in the Middle East. Wonder which one of Strachans pals will be drafted in to replace him - what's Billy Stark upto at the moment...
