  1. I have 7 single train tickets available for sale on the 3pm train from London Kings X to Edinburgh at 3 pm on Saturday the 12th. Price is £23 per ticket. Let me know if anyone is interested.
  2. Join the SSC and buy them tomorrow (the SSC is still open to join).
  3. Over 5k zero pointers will get a ticket. If you want a ticket join the SSC and you will have a good chance of getting a ticket.
  4. I don't believe there is an official family section anymore as child tickets are available throughout the stadium.
  5. The vast majority of the fans are in Bratislava. They are doing pick ups in Bratislava and at the stadium so options available for everyone.
  6. Wouldnt think many people will be around on Saturday as Scotland are playing at Hampden that night.
  7. 11 of us on the Jet2 flight from Edinburgh on the Sunday and will be getting the train on the Monday late morning/early afternoon. The direct train is every two hours and leaves at 20 past the hour. As mentioned above it is €17.50 for the ticket and can be bought on the day - there is no saving booking in advance. The train from Bratisava to Trnava is less than €2.50.
  8. If we qualify we are guaranteed to play 2 of our 3 group games at Hampden.
  9. It is the away supporters club that they charge £30 for. The home one is free.
  10. That's a good point! A good 2018 qualifying campaign will help with that!
  11. I am not sure how that would work. Looking at the UEFA Graphic group 1 will have 3 teams and group 2, 3 and 4 will have 4 (the graphic was produced before Kosovo were in UEFA). Like you I would rather be in the groups of 4 rather than the group of 3.
  12. Yes there will be a draw but it will be seeded. So the top 4 teams in league C will not face each other and so on.
  13. This is how UEFA have explained the semi final and final of the play offs. "In the semi-finals, the best-ranked team will play the fourth best-ranked team and the second best-ranked team will play the third best-ranked team. The highest-ranked teams will play the semi-final at home, whereas the venue for the final will be drawn in advance between the two semi-finals’ winners."
  14. I am not sure about that, UEFA havent explained every scenario. The biggest headache will be the play offs - it is a one off semi final and final played in two dates in March (Thu/Sun, Fri/Mon or Sat/Tue). The team that plays at home are the highest ranked teams but we obviously wont know who you will play in the final until after the semi. So we could have an away game on the Friday and if we win play another away game 3 days later and not know where until after the semi final. 3 days notice is far from idea to plan a trip. Lets say the 4 teams in the semi finals are: Albania, Slovenia, Norway and Scotland. Going on the current rankings the semi finals would be Albania v Scotland and Slovenia v Norway. As Albania are the highest seed if they beat Scotland the final would be played in Albania but if Scotland won the final would be played at the home ground of either Slovenia or Norway (depending on the other winner). Imagine being in Albania on the Friday and having to plan your trip either home if we lose or on to Slovenia or Norway if we win....total nightmare for away fans.
  15. UEFA will use the UEFA national team rankings to decide the leagues and then groups. In League C there will be 15 teams (1 group of 3 and 3 groups of 4) so within the league each team will be ranked in order so each of the top 4 teams will go into different group and so on (so the top teams within the leagues wont play each other). As mentioned above most of the teams in League A will probably qualify directly through the qualifiers so their play off places will move down until they find a team who hasn't qualified. The rankings are very important.
  16. We will be in League C. I doubt there will be many teams in our league who will qualify automatically, especially since only the top 2 qualify from the groups (rather than 3rd also in a play off).
  17. The Nations League takes place every 2 years. It has not been decided yet if WC qualification places will be given but it is unlkely.
  18. If a team has already qualified it moves down the group/league until the find a team who hasnt qualified to play in the play offs. The "Final Four" final in League A is not a Euro play off, that is the semi final and final of the UEFA Nations League so they can crown a winner and takes place in June 2019 (the play offs are March 2020). There is also promotion and relegation (this tournament takes place every 2 years). So if we win our group within League C we will get promoted to league B for the next league 2 years later. The graphic below explains it. The winners will be called the UEFA Nations League Champions. Suppose it is like winning the League and Cup, you can have different winners.
  19. This graphic will expalin it better than I can. Note that Kosovo has joined UEFA since this was produced so League C will have 1 group of 3 and 3 groups of 4.
  20. Yes 100% Each league has 1 qualification spot for Euro 2020 (League not pool). So 1 team from League A (the top seeds), 1 from League B (the second top seeds), 1 from League 3 (the league we will be in and third seeds) and finally 1 from League D (the weakest seeds.
  21. No that is not correct. No one will qualify from the Nations League until after the Euro qualifiers are over. The winners of the 4 pools in League A do not qualify, Only 1 team from each League qualify via the semi final and finals and they are after the euro qualifiers. If you win your pool and then go on to qualify via the Euro qualifiers your spot in the play offs will go to the next team that hasnt qualified.
  22. Yes but it is a competitive league with an overall winner (from the top league) and has 4 UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying places available (one for each league).
  23. By either finishing 1st or 2nd in Euro qualifying or by winning our league (by finishing top of our UEFA nations league group then winning the semi final and final).
  24. What is it you don't understand and I will explain it.
  25. If the Leagues stay the same one of Estonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Latvia, Moldova, Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein, Malta, Kosovo, San Marino, Andorra or Gibraltar are guaranteed to qualify. My bet would be Kosovo.
