  1. Ŵhats all this about psychic understanding. He told us in the interview that he hasn't forgotten the game from Ibrox. That caused him to lose control and selfishly make a revenge gesture when he should have been collectively celebrating a goal. Immature and a lack of class. Your right about the ref not being strong enough though. The elbow in the box is an outomatic foul and red card anywhere else on the pitch.
  2. No, no. It's the player that needs to control his behaviour. And the petty revenge was indeed the reason Halliday got sent off. His blood had been boiling since the Ibrox game and he was was made worse when McManus took the ball off him and he needlessly fouled him which he was rightly booked for too. A boy that needs to show some maturity, not get involved in playground gestures with opposition fans.
  3. Halliday has had revenge on his mind since the 2-2 game at Ibrox, this was obvious from his words earlier in the programme. After the goal he celebrates on his own and directs his gestures towards the opposition fans which is different behaviour from the other 10 Rangers players. An automatic yellow. Had he not been moaning like a child at every free kick in the preceding 70 minutes and thus highlighting himself as being an agitated hothead, maybe the officials wouldn't have been watching him as closely.
  4. Enclosed spaces. When in Florida my son and I went on a simulator ride that took you through space in a 4 man capsule and you had to dock the rocket etc. I would always check any attraction for warnings of enclosed spaces and could have swore there were none (went back to check later and there was). I had settled into the seat with the solid shoulder harness and, while not being entirely comfortable, gave the thumbs up to continue. Then the final door closed and the whole wall that was previously 2 feet from my face moved to within 6 inches of my face. Utter panic and tried to squirm under the shoulder harness (no chance) while screaming for someone to stop the ride. My son was banging on the door, himself panicking and fortunately this alerted the workers outside. I honestly feel I would rather have broken my neck trying to get out of that harness than to stay in and face the enclosed space.
  5. Less of the unbelievable analogies, not one of the PC mob (including you) have suggested it is 'unbelievable' in the same way as the holocaust. Do you believe it happened or not? If you believe it happened do you not believe they were Arab/North African?
  6. No. Just that those who dared believe the story were racists. Very little response from those now as the story gains momentum.
  7. Gone quiet this thread. Surely the free spirits on the board aren't starting to believe these women may actually be telling the truth.
  8. Rapey perv doesn't even make sense. Fkn write properly or don't write at all.
  9. I cannot believe we have a thread on the board showing disgust at a comment made to a woman by a cricketer yet many on here are dismissing the ordeal these women have experienced at the hands of sexual predators. I also see riddles have started about CCTV usage in other countries. Do you not believe this happened at all or are you offended that the ethnic type of the large group of perverts was reported. What is it?
  10. It's not racist to highlight differences in behaviour between groups of people. It's extremely ignorant to believe we all behave the same way. Once again this type of debate descends into name calling, daily mail reader, edl member etc etc..........yawn.
  11. In this country you will get one white dude committing heinous crimes at different times. You won't get 1000 white dudes involved in committing the same sexual assault at the same time. Maybe 1 will think it's ok but the other 999 will put him straight. This doesn't seem to happen in the other groups being reported.
  12. The homophobic chants directed at him were disgusting. I have never even seen an apology.
  13. Your initial post was about playing anti football and teams playing the usual flat back 10. It is typical of someone offended by a team coming to their place and playing well. You refuse to acknowledge that and some tit on here agreed with you too. We are one of the most attack minded teams in the league Christ we even had you belting out the party tunes at the equaliser. That's testament to the fright we gave you is it not? We played well and you really should have noticed that.
  14. Two occasions we were through on goal. 1. Just after half time one on one with keeper at an angle I think is the one you allude to and dismiss it as a sclaffed effort well wide. He tried to toe poke it past the keeper and got it wrong. A text from my mate at the time said that Chick Young on the radio almost had a heart attack as Morton should have been ahead. 2. At 2 2, Alex Samuel was through on goal and got hauled back (definite red card). He was too honest and tried to continue but never regained control of the ball. Ref bottled it. Also, have a look at your equaliser and tell me if you think it should have stood. Linesman bottled it. As for defending when you don't have the ball, that is called defending from the front and working hard. It's what you have to do to get results like we did yesterday. It's certainly not anti football.
  15. It would be much more respectful if you gave the opposition some credit rather than belittle their efforts as anti football. How dare a team score two (should have more) and take a point off you at your home. We are fourth for a reason and it's certainly not because we are anti football. Christ, I left that game thinking we should have won it. Do you forget the chances we had? Twice we were through one on one and couldn't finish it. Incidentally, some of Duffy's main criticism from our supporters is because we are too gung ho. You're not the only one with this attitude, there was at least another one yesterday. He/she couldn't believe we had the cheek to go 2 1 up at your place either and decided to launch a glass bottle at us from a great height smashing a couple of rows down from me. I have honestly never had a problem with you lot until then and posts like these don't help either.
  16. Correct. The reason it was brought in (as well as reducing encroachment) was to save the time the players retreat at snails pace to where the ref is standing at the 10 yard mark. Now he still fkn waits for the players to retreat at snails pace to the 10 yard mark before he sprays the thing. So frustrating.
  17. Thanks for all your help. My son is 16 so no issues anyway. Interesting that the actual entrance is free and it's only the guide you have to pay for although the door to door package takes away any hassle about getting there. Will leave booking the tour for now and decide nearer the time. Thanks again.
  18. Guys, I am looking for help on the Auschwitz tour. I have booked flights and hotel in Krakow in April for my son and I and am looking for your experience of the Auschwitz tour. Should I book the tour online, if so which company. Is it better to take the train to Oswiecim separately or bus from Krakow as part of tour. Should I use a tour guide, are tours in English, what time of the day is best to go. Any other tips would be appreciated. My son has always wanted to go and we are hoping to get it all booked before Christmas. Thanks a lot.
  19. You mean with no justification? They are just following another country?
  20. Interesting figures on the prison population in France. Roughly 7% of France is Muslim and 70% of French prisons are occupied by Muslims.
