  1. Seemingly you have to change the category right at the first screen when you select the seats and not when they are in the basket as that doesn't work, it doesn't change the price. Ive been caught out and now back in queue
  2. Ticket System is now saying Sold Out - what the hell is going on
  3. WTF - its charging me full price for kids and not changing from adult to kids when I select the family member??
  4. I set up accounts for myself and my 2 boys but during the process I was placed in a queue a few times to gain access to the ticketing portal. Only a minute or so. Ok, so a fair few folk just now may be setting up accounts as its the first day at 7pm but that doesn't bode well for when tickets go on sale on high demand matches for wait times to get into the ticketing system.
  5. Got booted out when I tried to purchase 3 fans first tickets a few minutes after 12. Decided to just go for all Cat 3 tickets instead - all fine.
  6. The emails sent out about ticket info and prices (NOT codes) are from marketing lists that are all over the place and missing peoples email addresses. The emails sent with Access Codes were generated by report from the supporters club database which I believe the report was run yesterday after the emails we received to say no more changes of email address on SSC account.
  7. TICKET SALE DELAYED Due to a technical error, UEFA EURO 2024 codes have been sent out to Scotland Supporters Club members who are not eligible to buy tickets at this stage. As a result of this error, the sale scheduled for 12 noon will be delayed until further notice while we liaise with UEFA to resolve the issue. The Scottish FA would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to supporters at this time. We will communicate further information on the sales schedule as soon it is available.
  8. I changed my email address at the weekend on my SSC account - it is correct as i've checked. I've not received the email about tickets this afternoon but I did get an email about the woman's game this afternoon to my updated email address. Both my kids got an email about tickets today, one of them had an updated email address at the weekend and one was not changed. So there is no pattern to why I have not receive my ticket email today. Looks like im not alone though.
  9. So, I'm above 12 points and planning to purchase my own tickets for the 3 matches on Wednesday, my 2 sons (both under 18) are on 11 points. From SFA FAQ's "If you are on a different points level to the u18(s) member in order to buy together, the only option is to wait until you have both access codes and purchase together." Let's presume we all don't mind not sitting next to each other. My plan was to buy my ticket on Wednesday for myself. Then log back into my Adult account on Thursday once the kids access codes are through and try and grab some of the available tickets for the 11 pointers, for my under 18 boys. But is the above FAQ meaning that if I purchase my own ticket on Wednesday (which is obviously sensible as its a guaranteed ticket at 12 points) I won't be able to TRY and buy my kids tickets on Thursday using may adult account as I will already have purchased my adult ticket. So my kids will not even be able to try and get a ticket for the 11 pointers?
  10. That's not the case - the 80% salary is only paid if workers are furloughed - eg employers have no work for an employee but they keep them employed, the employer can then seek 80% of the wage for all the time the employee is not working but then commit to having work for them again. If your employer continues to have work for employees and employees continue to work on a day to day basis then the employer will not benefit from this support.
  11. New BBC News Sport article saying Euro2020 is set to be cancelled and probably played next summer. My guess: That could mean an option to provisionally delay play offs until a later date - late this year or early next year. ?
  12. In addition to our advice to cancel mass gatherings, Uefa are holding a meeting on Tuesday to discuss Euro2020. So likely know officially tomorrow
  13. Row 37 - so don't know if thats front or not - think because its closer to side line, its that price.
  14. Yes, at 1.21 in the See You Jimmy Hat. First and last time I've worn that silly hat.
  15. Half time entertainment was reasonable but please no more Quiz/Dart competitions 15-20 minutes before kick off which was about 10 minutes before the teams came out - it dampened the pre-match build up.
  16. Only causes I have read about are biological (not enough oxygen getting to the tendon) and wear and tear/previous injury. 70/80% of cases will resolve themselves although timescale for this can be months or even years. There are a few treatment methods but most reliable seems to be keyhole surgery when the calcium is sucked/cut out of the tendon - reasonable recovery time is a good 3-6 months.
  17. Yes - very sore. Latest episode started last summer and peaked over the festive period and into January. I had no idea what was wrong except that I had injured the shoulder about 10 years ago. I finally gave in late January after struggling to sleep and put jumpers on. I thought I had snapped a tendon or something, doctor diagnosed it straight away and a subsequent X-ray confirmed Calcific tendonitis. He gave me some anti inflammatories but he said this would hopefully ease the pain but not cure it. Then all of a sudden more or less overnight in early February the pain just disappeared. It was night and day. Basically there are three stages of calcific tendonitis and the last stage which is the painful stage is when the body is finally trying to break up the calcium deposit. This stage can last for many months. I still feel the odd twinge but nothing absolutely nothing like it was before. Never ever felt pain like this especially when lifting arm up and trying to put a jumper on. Was pleasantly stunned though about how the pain just went overnight.
