  1. It's only weak to someone who isn't grasping that the actual amount of money isn't most folks' problem.
  2. Hearts will have to give Aberdeen the full Roseburn so I doubt anyone who wants a ticket will struggle.
  3. Would it not be better to play them at Pittodrie as an Aberdeen fan?
  4. Away to new ground. Will probably end up with Partick at home though.
  5. Mcexpat is talking about the drug rather than the soft drink surely?
  6. It's a waste of money because by the time it gets over here it has been mixed so many times that you're lucky if it's even 20% coke. Most people only take it when having alcohol too, and by then I really don't think you can feel any difference. Then there's the way it makes you feel the next day, paying a fair bit of money to end up anxious and depressed just doesn't make any sense to me.
  7. Just to add, well done and good luck to the op, really nice gesture and I'm sure he will really appreciate it.
  8. I've thought about given it up a few times but given most social situations I'm in involve people drinking then I do worry that I'd end up a bit of a recluse. Really hate being around drunk people when not drinking. Are your friends drinkers, and if so, how do you find it?
  9. It's not really a question of being tight. 45 quid probably isn't going to break the bank for anyone but understandably people don't feel they are getting value for it and the SFA are taking the piss out of the fans a lot these days, so it's a matter of principle too.
  10. The away points are about the only thing that I will renew for but at this moment in time I can't even motivate myself to book up for anywhere. Probably be different nearer the time but the last campaign left me on a real downer about the national team, and not just on the park either.
  11. Perhaps you wear football tops a bit more regularly than most adults and see some value in paying 55 quid for it, some of us don't.
  12. http://m.aliexpress.com/popular/scotland-football-shirt.html Try that link. You can change the prices to pounds btw.
  13. Yes. 3 times and all of them have been spot on. I would advise buying a size up from what you normally get though. I rarely wear football tops so paying 55 quid for one doesn't make any sense.
  14. It's an online shop and the tops get shipped from China.
  15. Just bought the home top from Ali Express for a tenner. Won't be buying the away top.
  16. As Celtic and Rangers banter goes, it was actually pretty good. Think you need to chill out.
  17. People keep saying that poppy day seems to start earlier every year but this must be a new record.
  18. Aye it's usually cheaper to travel when there isn't a big match on
  19. Their fans may return but the club they supported can't. Here's to many years of carcus fc taking humpings from mid table teams.
