  1. I was more referring to the bit about opening up the sections next to ours. Last time we went for the friendly in that stadium we were nowhere near selling out our sections. Can't see it being any different this time
  2. Not sure what you're on about. We won't sell 1500 tickets.
  3. That happened to me last year when I booked with booking.com. took euros out at the airport and when I arrived they didn't want them and asked for local currency.
  4. Agree. We will only give England 5000 tops and don't expect them to give us much more.
  5. The last time we were there the crowd couldn't have been more than 4000. The stadium was empty. I can't see it being packed out for this game.
  6. The people who do it and think it's acceptable are neds no matter what you think. That's why it is a tiny minority. There will always be neds but if the authorities can ban them and give them massive fines then football will be a better place and be able to attract more decent fans.
  7. Aye, it does for people with such a low brain cell count that they get amused by simple things.
  8. I see that Celtic are considering a civil action against certain fans to pay any fines imposed by uefa over the fans in questions behaviour. The 2 who have been handed bans could also be forking out around ten grand and costs. That would be funny. They wouldn't think it was so clever then.
  9. The SFA, clubs and courts should get together and start banning people for life from all Sporting events. Once the first few bans are handed out this will probably end it.
  10. And the first person to suffer injury will sue the club for actively encouraging it.
  11. 1. A team in the Championship 2. Decent manager who will be off when the first decent offer from England comes in. 3. Expansive football against the might of Alloa, Livingston and Dumbarton. Been battered every time they play a team from the top league. 4. So what. Most of them only there for a bigot fest and to sing songs about Celtic. 5. I'll ask Lee Wallace if that's true.
  12. Probably because it is. Hopefully he ends up in the championship for several seasons before realising this himself.
  13. Middlesbrough had a bid rejected for McCormack.
  14. Got my ticket and can't wait to fly up for the weekend. 3 Scots 3 English in our group and always a cracking weekend.
  15. From a selfish point of view I hope it does all fall through and we do end up playing in South America, the Far East or down under.
  16. Set up both goals. His control and cross for the winner was quality.
  17. Nothing would surprise me with the supporters we have nowadays. If it was in Aberdeen or Edinburgh there would still be moaning. If Strachan plays kids and we lose they will moan that he should have played a stronger team, if he plays a strong team they will moan he should have played kids. The same people who lambasted levein for not picking Fletcher giving abuse to Strachan for continually picking.. eh.. Yip. FLETCHER. you couldn't make it up.
  18. I think you will find it isn't. Just round the corner though I believe. I stayed in the Ibis Wenceslas Square a couple of years ago and it was a good 10/15 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square.
  19. If you read what I said you would see that if a membership refund was on offer then everyone would be applying knowing they couldn't get a ticket but could claim a refund. Scotland fans must be the biggest whinging moaning tossers in football. Everything the SFA or SSC do or don't do gets a level of whinging off the richter scale.
  20. Ibrox? Celtic Park? Theoretically the only 2 they could move it too. Play it at a 20000 seated ground and 35000 members in the supporters club are all guaranteed a ticket. If only 1 wasn't able to get a ticket he or she would have grounds for a refund on their membership. 15000 applications for tickets would be fired in within hours.
  21. I stayed there in 99 for the game. Great hotel. A bit of a walk into town though but if you go through the back streets there is some great little pubs. Good hotel bar but it was packed with hookers.
  22. He has been injured since he signed and only getting game time a fitness. He would walk into the Brighton side if he was fully fit and probably be one of their better players.
  23. Got a 2 bedroom apartment just off the old town square for £165 between 2 of us for 3 nights.
