  1. 70 years on the job and she was never caught on camera snarling at a servant like that dislikeable jug eared twat has in the first 5 minutes.
  2. Came on here to get away from the Queen / deid pish and it is about 10 pages of Queen / deid pish. This is already tortuous.
  3. I suspect the real reason Johnson was removed was because he was not pro-war enough. That and what Farage describes as him totally failing to deliver on anything promised by BREXIT. Truss seems mad enough to think she can do a Falklands with Russia and somehow 'win'. She really is a mental case it seems. I think she will be genuinely dangerous in office as tries to show how iron lady like she is. In her first statement at Downing Street, Truss claimed that the energy crisis was caused by “Putin’s war.” This from the person who was Foreign Secretary when the suicidal and deeply flawed sanctions were instigated that directly caused the energy crisis and rampant runaway inflation. Plus for those who look you can see that this war in Ukraine was started (by the west) in 2014 not 2022 and there were 8 years of escalating provocations again by the West leading up to the inevitable invasion by Russia. This was and is a deliberate strategy of confrontation that 'we' the West embarked on (rightly or wrongly). Truss must know all this and yet she is going to happily grind UK pensioners and the poor into the dust as just collateral damage. And then in her first statement to blame it all on Putin's war... wow. An empire of lies indeed.
  4. I am not sure about that. This is a very revealing interview in many ways. The tories are completely gone. I think in our hearts we also know these observations are true as well. https://www.rt.com/russia/562385-russia-uk-medvedev-truss/ ‘One freak after another’ – ex-Russian president on UK leaders Liz Truss will inevitably face failure and disgrace, Dmitry Medvedev believes Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said the new UK prime minister, Liz Truss, will continue the “tradition” started by her predecessor Boris Johnson by finishing her tenure “in disgrace.” Truss, formerly the foreign secretary in Johnson’s Conservative government, officially became prime minister on Tuesday. Taking to Telegram on Wednesday, Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, commented on the succession of governments in the UK: “Out goes the freak guy, in comes the freak lady.” He described the new PM as “an incompetent and mediocre thermonuclear Russophobe who has no elementary ideas about politics, history, geography, but wants to defeat Russia in everything.” The former president added that Truss, the third female prime minister in British history, is trying to imitate the first, Margaret Thatcher, “without having even 5% of her abilities,” and hopes to address the energy crisis and rising food inflation, which are “the result of her own crazy sanctions exercises.” In her first statement at Downing Street, Truss claimed that the energy crisis was caused by “Putin’s war.” “She will quarrel with everyone, fail in everything, and leave in disgrace, like her predecessor, shaggy Boriska. It seems that in Britain, which is famous for its traditions, a new tradition has emerged,” Medvedev wrote. Earlier on Wednesday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed that the selection of Liz Truss as prime minister signals a “crisis of democracy,” and that her Tory leadership election victory had nothing to do with the will of the people, “since the system of indirect elections dominates the Anglo-Saxon duo.” Truss gained notoriety in Russia during her visit to Moscow in February, days before the launch of the military operation in Ukraine. Then-Foreign Secretary Truss confused the Russian regions of Voronezh and Rostov with Ukrainian regions, and told her counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, that London would never recognize Russia’s sovereignty over these areas. According to reports, she was then allegedly corrected by Deborah Bronnert, the UK ambassador. Lavrov described the meeting with the foreign secretary as talking “to a deaf person.” Truss is a dangerous loonball. She really is.
  5. Without seeing what Putin said, the thing is he is right. We have all had a pop at on it on here. The way this unknown, non-entity has been elevated to PM in place of the person who won a massive landslide not that long ago. It is surreal.
  6. Possibly as the tides depend on the positions of the earth, sun and moon. So they will be waiting for a particularly low tide by the sounds of it which may only occur when the three bodies are astrologically in the correct places.
  7. That is because it is. The Marxists of old used social class to mobilze one segment of society against another and this was the 'vehicle' that brought them to power. (Where they became dictators and killed tens of millions of people.) But people eventually overthrew them and rejected them. So they rebranded, they replaced the class struggle with identity / woke politics, where now they use race, sex, gender, sexual orientation to turn one segment of society against another and use it as the vehicle to bring them to power. And then all the anti business sentiment falls into place, of course they hate business... because they are neo-Marxists.
  8. Britain heading into the worst crisis in over half a century with inflation at 20% and sky rocketing energy and fuel costs with the pound heading to parity v the dollar which will propel inflation to 25%. So assuming wages grow a small fraction of inflation that is a 20%-25% pay cut every year. Interest rates are not anywhere near inflation rates so the life savings you spent decades building gets eroded by 20-25% every year... it is grand theft. And we have Liz Truss as PM... wow. It is hard to actually take this all in... just how monumentally fucked the UK is looking at this moment in time. Truss is so far out of her depth it is unreal. (Sunak would have been far worse.) The tories are going to get massacred at the next election whenever it happens. What a collection of useless careerist arseholes they are. Doubt Labour will be any different. Unless we do an about face pretty smartish here there is going to be some serious civil disorder when people realize what this means in real life.
  9. In much of mainland Europe owning a holiday home is normal. This is deeply rooted. The Russian's have Dacha's I think they are spelled. The greens were telling us not that long ago to holiday at home and not fly abroad. But now owning a second home at home makes you a cunt. Ill thought through contradictory shite from morons.
  10. No. They or their kids for sure will immediately sell it on the open market for maximum profit and then it and most of the other ex council houses are inevitably and eventually snapped up by some vulture private equity firm whose whole business model is to monopolize, squeeze and fuck their now private tenants. I am a big believer in free markets (what else is there) but when you have huge predatory amounts of 'capital' able to swamp them and the actions of we (the average free market individual) it is a serious problem. Anyone advocating neo-communism is no better than a neo-nazi so distance from both accordingly.
  11. I can only assume by the term landlords we are talking about millions of different people of all ages and backgrounds who have for whatever reason found themselves owning more that one property. Yes pure scum obviously. 😀
  12. Commies... Sanction induced inflation is easy to fix. Stupidity not so easy.
  13. What are you complaining about you support and still do the self destructive and suicidal sanctions that directly caused this to happen. Meanwhile... Welcome to sanction-hit Russia, where prices are DOWN as Brits suffer from soaring inflation. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/19698308/russia-uk-prices-sanctions-food/ Even Sun readers are wising up. Gas prices in Russia are now 40 times lower than in Europe, the country is guaranteed to be provided with warmth and light in winter, said Deputy Prime Minister of Rossit Alexander Novak. https://vz.ru/news/2022/9/4/1175869.html
  14. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-09-02/six-in-10-british-factories-at-risk-of-going-under-as-bills-soar Soaring energy bills are threatening to put 6 in 10 British manufacturers out of business, according to a survey that lays bare the extent of the crisis facing the next prime minister. Just your 6 in 10 then...
  15. Excuse me but it was me who first mentioned stagflation, you just copied me. 🙂 https://www.tamb.net/forum/index.php?/search/&q=stagflation&quick=1&type=forums_topic&item=16256 To be fair it was not much of a prediction when it was already happening. The term is a blend of stagnation and inflation meaning low or no economic growth and high inflation. However what we are currently in is much more extreme, really high inflation (it really is astonishingly high) combined with severe economic shrinkage or 'negative growth'. We have severe Shrinkflation. Stagflation would be an improvement from where we are. I never thought I'd see economic conditions like we are seeing in Europe right now. I thought they were a thing of the past. All of it totally self inflicted. So do we slow down, stop and reverse as the cliff edge of winter approaches? No we put the foot down even more... I'd say every sitting Government in Europe will fall if this shitshow is allowed to unfold. Massive damage to the EU and NATO as well. The economic damage being done already is immense but there is still time to back it down. They won't of course.
  16. Yep. Not just the Euro but all European currencies I think. Everyone is raising interest rates that has an inflation problem. So the US and UK rates have risen almost identically. This is about the sanctions. Looks like it will get worse as well. This from the Russian media. Europeans Paying for Brussels' 'Irrational and Absurd' Energy Policy While US Profits: Kremlin The European Union and individual bloc members have taken a series of measures in recent months to reduce reliance on Russian oil, gas and coal. These efforts sent energy prices skyrocketing, and are threatening to plunge the bloc into a cold winter. Russian President Vladimir Putin has characterized European policymakers' actions as "suicidal." Ordinary Europeans are being made to pay for their leaders' "irrational" policies in relation to Russia, while Brussels' American allies get rich from an energy bonanza, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said. "Step by step, unfortunately, both Brussels and individual European countries are demonstrating their absolute lack of reason," Peskov told reporters on Tuesday. Another currency doing really well is the Russian Ruble. We are the ones getting fucked in the middle.
  17. Could have been worse, they could have incinerated his daughter in a car bomb. Funny what gets mentioned and what doesn’t.
  18. The 7.7k average bill is I think based on our average historic usage / central heating bills (however you do it, gas or electric or whatever). The costs per hour above are not included. They are additional, for anything you plug in on top. 😀
  19. Jesus man you need to turn off whatever garbage news channel you are listening to. The Russians have zero interest in, nor intention to do, any of that. The Ukrainians are losing and will lose. So end the pointless killing, negotiate a peace now before the Russians hold all the cards, demilitarize what remains of Ukraine and make it a neutral country. If parts want to join Poland or Hungary or Slovakia let them. Whatever is left of Ukraine it cannot be left in the hands of ultranationalists, i.e the neo-nazis, that is in no one's interest other than slavering mentalist neocons. Normalize relations with Russia get Nordstream1&2 pumping like fuck. That would bring an end to the killing of tens of thousand of people, stop the shelling of nuclear power plants, bring energy and petrol prices back down to something not insane, allow us to bring down inflation, allow us avoid cratering our economies by making everything we produce uncompetitive and minimize the time spent in this potentially horrendous recession that we are entering. Sanctions are what sanctions do, there is no fixed form or type but their intended purpose is always the same, to punish and hurt the entity being sanctioned. So if it turns out the sanctions were ill conceived (on purpose or accidentally) and they actually hurt the entity doing the sanctions more than the target of the sanctions then you just reverse them and think of something else. To continue with them when it becomes obvious they are a bad idea is stupid and it is glaringly obvious now just how stupid. So reverse them. Or what, you let old people freeze to death to in some pointless and futile gesture that will change nothing in Ukraine and murder our economies and impoverish us? Sometimes you make a mistake, as long as you rectify it is not a big deal. However a mistake becomes really damaging when for whatever reasons you fail to recognize it, or deny it, or ignore it and double down on it over a long period of time. This is the territory we are entering now.... The way it is looking now I am not the slightest bit optimistic.
  20. What should have been a big wake-up call for Europeans was ISIS. That was essentially a mercenary army paid for by the US and her vassals. ISIS came within a ball-hair of overrunning Syria and in doing so created a massive refugee crisis that threatened to overwhelm Europe. It was still really bad but it would have been totally catastrophic had ISIS not been defeated. And who defeated them? The crucial intervention was when Russia intervened and assisted Assad with air support. That turned the war and saved Syria and Europe from the terrible consequences of those utter savages overrunning them. Do people not remember the utter depravity of ISIS, they were off the scale in terms of war crimes and torture. Really depraved and perverted stuff with Hollywood production levels. Burning people alive in cages and filming it. Ethnic cleansing, genocide, the works. And that was a mercenary army sponsored by the US and her vassals. Think about it. If Russia had not helped Syria defeat ISIS, a mercenary army of off-the-scale savages paid for by the US and her vassals, then Europe would have seen a truly massive, unprecedented refugee crisis. That was the plan they had in store for us had Russia not intervened and helped the Syrian army defeat ISIS in 2015 (I think it was). So again with friends like this, do you need enemies? On top of that they killed Gadhafi and totally destabilized Libya. Libya was a key country in containing mass uncontrolled immigration, his overthrow / assassination (and let's not forget he was sodomized with a bayonet before being killed) was also deliberately destabilizing for Europe, and Libya predictably became a massive transit hub for mass uncontrolled immigration into Europe, still is. It also now has slave markets. At roughly the same time our friends organize literal neo-nazis to overthrow the democratically elected president of a European country and spend the next 8 years encouraging them to attack the ethnic Russian population of Ukraine until eventually and inevitably it escalates to where we are now and guess what... another refugee crisis. Anyone seeing the pattern here? They (including most European leaders) don't give a fuck about Europeans anymore than they did about Syrians, Libyans, Iraqis... we are just as expendable to them as they were and yet they are supposed to be our 'ally'. European economies are cratering and a massive economic poison pill has been administered the consequences of which are yet to truly manifest. And for whose benefit? Certainly not ours. After all they have done over the last 20 years do you really believe they give a shit about Ukrainians and Europeans. We are just disposable pawns to them. Their actions have clearly demonstrated that.
  21. Listen to you... agent of Putin and all that jazz... 😀 Sadly I agree with your assessment. And all the while it happens there will be a simple way out of it. But you'd rather see the country fucked than even acknowledge it never mind do it. And for what? A war based on lies (yet another one)? A lot of people in Europe on the margins are going to die as a result of this. They are just being thrown to the dogs. It is scandalous. I am not sure the current generations have it in them to riot anymore. I think they are too domesticated now, too subservient and too surveilled. I suspect they will just lie down and take it (especially in Scotland). Yeah the ruble is very strong and so is the US Dollar. Anyone might think this was all a crude con job to transfer enormous sums of wealth out of Europe to our imperial masters. The important thing is the US stays the global top-dog and fuck European pensioners and those on low incomes, much like the citizens of Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan... etc etc.
  22. Wow... Do Western politicians listen to a word he says. Clearly not.
