  1. I would rather take a spoon of medicine sooner rather than later
  2. I personally believe that snp voters will stay at home and that very little will vote labour, I see tories voting labour in the central belt. I too will never in my life ever vote for a unionist party, unfortunately the longer the snp fuck this up the more likely the snp lose folks vote for good
  3. Speaking to an associate yesterday who is the most active activist I know within the snp, he’s saying the response is absolutely dire on the door steps of late and even spoke about us having less seats than the tories at a GE,, I haven’t seen him so disillusioned before
  4. everyone now coming out and saying that the sturgionites who ran the snp was not health for the party, a pitty they didnt come out and voice it earlier,, you never know, aaid may come out and admit he got it wrong
  5. the snp support to an extent wont go anywhere else in the short term, they will stay at home however how long that lasts i am not sure, again, timing is crucial and personally i believe the party will recoup most of the loses once the sturgeonites and greens are kicked out of influence. That being said, i have never seen the general public so disillusioned at the snp as they are at the moment, even the kick back from the Scottish brexiteeers post brexit is nothing on this scale, i see the snp possibly going below 10 seats at the next GE
  6. timing of the new leader will be crucial for the next holyrood election
  7. the sturgeonites are trying to push mcallan who i believe has huge potential under the right guidannce, actually i think its a massive shame she has came through under the reigns of sturgeon which has clouded her judgement to an extent, she has been found wanting this past year or so and is out of her depth just now, the other two they were pinning their hopes on were robertson and smyth who have also been found out.. Forbes as i have said before would be the natural leader to step in however i dont think she would cut it being in opposition
  8. so who we got for the next snp leader? humza will be out by june at the latest
  9. personally i steer clear of Irish whisky. I haven't tasted one that i like tbh however i have not tasted that one. My bottle at the moment is dalmore 18yr,,, it hasn't disappointed, dalmore is one of those whiskys that fly under the radar a bit,
  10. if the snp run into the ground, it takes devolution with it and the outcry would be nothing like it would have been 2-3 years ago. We really have to be careful with how shit the SNP get
  11. the next step is the scrapping of holyrood, its coming. if there is not a strong SNP then this is a real possibility,, could this have been the plan all along
  12. If the snp are a train wreck, how do you figure we get another referendum?
  13. Scotland's net migration from rest of the UK continues to grow | The National it will be interesting to see the break down of the figures actually contribute to Scottish society,, my guess is a very low percentage adding more to the burden of an aging society and housing availability
  14. when i said that the GRA was going to turn into a shit show, i was dismissed and even belittled not for the first time, there seems to be a trend. i have been proven right that the policy has massivly damaged the independence debate and it didnt just disapear into the back ground.....
  15. i will be shocked if humza reaches the GE, i will be even more shocked if he reaches the holyrood election. i wouldnt be surprised if the greens throw the toys out the pram and a vote of confidence is called in the parliament,,
  16. everyone needs to ask themselves this question. If the SNP are in existence for independence and all policies they peruse should be to get us closer to the goal of independence directly or indirectly, then why would the sturgeonists chase after the GRA when it cost them half their members(at least) hundreds of thousand of voters, msp's,MP'S and thousands of pounds? this isn't just incompetence and when you add in the whole scenario regarding salmond, the answer is staring right at you. i know i bang on about the salmond saga a lot but i just want to add one more thing and that i believe the stitch up goes very deep, not even to a uk level but even crossing into American politics, wild yes! but i have my reasons to believe this
  17. waiting times under salmond were at record lows and in general the public were happy with the NHS,, It wasnt one or the other, there has been some seriously bad choices of where public money has gone in the last 5 years or so,, i am not saying that the uk parties would do any better but i am saying the current snp are no better than them and that is the worrying part
  18. although difficult, it is achievable to run a sound devolved government, look at the salmond years, the AWPR, queensferry crossing, M8 were all major projects that we managed to deliver and send out the message of competence.
  19. we are see the steady erosion ofcorner stones of the independence debate by the snp,, how has it come to this,, its not realy about paying more tax,, its the message it sends out,, the party has been totally useless since salmond left
  20. don't anyone be under no illusions, this is terrible for independence,, there is no papering over the cracks here, the snp are not working for independence anymore,,
  21. just internal posturing, however there seems to be more traction this time
  22. theres no way he will let it go,,, anyways,, who we got for the next SNP leader?
