I am arriving in 2E from London and departing from 2G to Ljubljana at 12.45 Saturday; according to CDG website there is a 35 min transfer between the 2 terminal buildings so as long as I don't get distracted by the pub, all should be well.

there are 4 of us travelling via Paris on Saturday; we are on the 1pm flight to Ljubljana from CDG. I arrive in CDG at 9am with others arriving slightly later.

4 of us in the Hotel Emonec; which is very close to the Cutty Sark. Looking forward to a cracking weekend.

Whilst SF isn't banging in the goals for us; he does a lot of link play allowing the midfields to come in to play. Rhodes is obviously a goal scorer but I cant see the hold up and link play in his game; he is an out and out striker, which means he doesn't fit in to GS's style. I agree a plan B is needed and with Matt Richie in form he is a really good option to have and if we need to push for goals then Rhodes is surely an option if we change to 4-4-2 with SF feeding him.

I don't think GS should change our formation and tactics this late in the campaign; he needs to have a Plan B in case we are in the sh*t against Poland but GS stated himself that the problem that he addressed when he took over from CL was that the players didn't have a formation where they all understood their roles. They have this now and changing too much will only introduce confusion. The team showed a marked difference in desire against Germany and I hope that that transfers to the Polish game giving us the result we all want.

I really do think we are good enough and together with the organisation that GS has instilled in the team we are a difficult team to beat. BUT This is football and we do need some luck and the way we play football puts us in a position where we can profit from it. (equaliser in Ireland). I believe we will qualify and I don't care how we do it. The amount of tickets already sold for the GIB game shows that there is a growing belief that we can and will qualify. Georgia first and then the small task of Germany. C'mon Scotland
