  1. with their next game being against gibralter and ours against georgia, i would be less nervous going into it 5 points clear of them rather than 2. And our two games after that are no easy ride either. Hopefully they will be deed on their feet afte england game. Think as well, because both sides are as good as each other, it makes it harder to call on the night and what happens in the following games as well and if we have that extra 3 point advantage we can go into the next games with confidence and hopefully wrap up 3rd, then you never know with the right result against poland, stranger things have happened.
  2. I don't think we can afford a draw. A win gives us scope for things going wrong in georgia, a draw doesn't. I'm nervous because i think this game will be the defining one in the campaign, there's a lot resting on it and ireland aren't a bad side. But we have shown before that we can do well against good sides, so hopefully can do so again.
  3. Just read the results. What have the germans & austrians done to upset folk? ETA: Can anyone tell me what part of europe australia is in?
  4. Why can folk/ministers no just let folk get on wi things whether they are gay, straight, bi, whatever. I know it's a bit of a liberal view, but it's not as if the day after they legalise it, they're go be knocking on the ministers doors tae shag them.
  5. There was no underhanded dealings. Raith were absolutely brutal, no heart, no effort and in all honesty livi were worthy winners. if you want to go down the dodgy decisions route, the 1st goal didn't look across the line and our manager went and shook hands with all their players, right infront of a very annoyed raith crowd who were calling for his head.
  6. I know. livingston fully deserved their win yesterday, we played terrible and even missed a penalty. Typical raith though, when a team comes to starks park and have something to win or are fighting for their lives, we roll over and just let them do it. Rant over. As you say, makes it extremely interesting next week.
  7. Cheers pal. Aye, it turned out braw. Only rained the first 4 miles, but even then we got to the point where you thought, acht well,i can't get any wetter
  8. Round glasgows one in 7 hours 15. No bad for a couple of fat lazy buggers . Really enjoyed it, despite the pain at the end. Overtaking the half kilt folk kept us going. Anyone else doing them, enjoy & all the best to ye
  9. That was my 1st game as well. Hate seeing us get beat, even back then but it was a peach of a goal.
  10. That your suttle way of saying it's all ####ed up and there is hee haw we can do about it? I agree with you there. As i say, i just cant buy into the whole scenario of someone being that good with a remote control that they can fire a fully laden 767 into a building. TWICE. the woman with the book to sell is hoping that everyone that believes that scenario will buy her book.
  11. I think over the last decade that governments will always want to be at war for whatever reason. i cant buy into to remotely hijacked planes, people killed and incinarated in a remote airbase as part of the plan. Whats the difference Between doing that and slamming them into the twin towers? Theyre not going to be any less dead.
  12. Have they found any bodies with the german wings one? I think they might, and are using the fact they werent shown them taken away in body bags as "proof" that no-one was on the plane With regards to the german wings one, if he was in the state of mind he was, he would have done it with or withouth the storm proof door. I accept that afghanistan was a pre cursor to iraq, be daft not to, but i think it was a two way fight that they might not have started, we have been at war with some area of the middle east for as long as i can remember, but 9/11 was certainly the biggest moment in the fight. In my opinion, and i might be wrong here. But going into iraq on the back of afghanistan is what has caused people to start making up their own theories on what happened that day and why.
  13. I have this image of you, tanked up on stella telling the demons tae " off, yer no ruining ma weekend" You could actually be a great allied in the forthcoming Armageddon
  14. Does the german wings crash not show that a human being intent on killing himself and others, either for a cause or because of their own personal demons is capable of flying a plane into a structure? Aye, there are discrepancies in the official story, but 9/11 is what it is 4 planes, 3 of which were slammed into buildings and the other was brought down in some way. Folk that go on about this sort of stuff, maybe not yourself scotty, but others are not happy unless they see the dead people scattered all over the place. And if they don't then they can fill in the blanks to their hearts content, they say that the illuminati n governments don't care, but they don't seem to care about the families left behind after things like this when they publish stuff on the internet of as fact. You are saying that it was to justify the war in afghanistan/iraq? But have you ever stopped to consider that they might have wanted the fight? Or are they the innocent/good guys here. Btw i'm not saying that i agree with this constant war in the middle east.
  15. A woman who injected her 8 year old with botox for beauty pagents has lost custody of the child. The child didn't look surprised
  16. My wife asked me what my plans are for Easter? The same as Jesus', disappear Friday, show up Monday.
  17. we went back to the place next door to the shed. "Pig and butterfly" use to be the corona? I got turnt away by the bunny rabbit of a bouncer on the door. He asked how much i had to drink (i'd had 3 coronas, 2 hours before kick off) but apparently looked Pished. All i wanted to do was go tae the toilet and wait on oor minibus coming, no as if i was going to go in, fired shots doon ma neck and get bladdered Falling about.
  18. i missed 3-1 win at home to ukraine because my son was born 2 days prior to it. Even now, it seems like it was the best atmosphere in many a while and i missed it. Also when my second son was due i missed macedonia at home and mcfaddens superb goal against them. always think that would have looked even better in the stadium than it did on the tele. All the best.
  19. That has got to be the best chant ive heard in ages. "We love you rainbow, we do"Atmosphere in the part of the north stand we were in was good, had a good laugh with folk around us. Best shout i heard was "run ya " shouted at robertson. Only in scotland could that be a motivational shout.
  20. How is it even justifiable that they can print that? Even for the sun that is low. We are trying to make sense of this and what it means to all of us with regards to flying. But as usual the sun are going down the usual route of accusations based on people in society that they hate. Tommorows headline He was a peado.
