It could be any of the three venues, it all depends on the combination of groups that make up the best 3rd places.

That’s what I was thinking, given there’s multiple categories in a stand, there’s a pretty good chance that arranging to swap with someone would be easy enough.

A good chunk of the Cat3 seats are in the same stand as the Fans First ones in Stuttgart. Good chance that it’s these ones which were given to us. Might be possible to just switch seats at the game?

I wonder if it may be a ballot at the points bracket where not all are guaranteed? Then if uptake is lower than available tickets, ballot the next points tier etc. Arguably, more fair than first come, first serve First email from SSC about Euro 24 tickets also said “We will communicate full sales and ballot information once we have all details from UEFA”

Certainly more ‘fans first’ tickets than I’d have expected. Obviously no idea what split we’ll be handed from UEFA
