  1. Ryan Christie in great form. Man of the match again today. Always liked Christie. Great work ethic combined with good ability. πŸ‘πŸ˜€
  2. Brilliant. Coming from far and wide. Great to hear. πŸ˜€
  3. Yup. Another for Ollie in the worlds best league. πŸ‘πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

Maybe, but the 1982 shirt although not an awful lot going on was so classy. Also the 1986 was class. Definately prefer Umbro to these Adidas efforts. πŸ‘
  5. Magnificent effort. Love it. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

To me they are just a sort of...NOTHING design.Totally forgettable.

Not quite.Even as a big shirt collector i couldn't force myself to buy the last home and away shirts. Just so nondescript. Give us something out of the ordinary and banal for heavens sake.

  9. Fair enough. Though hopefully Germany will live up to expectations regarding travel infrastructure and have adequate amount of trains etc. They obviously know that there will be a good percentage of Scotland fans moving from Munich onto Cologne and then from Cologne to Stuttgart. Would look pretty poor if they couldn't provide the transport required to move us about the country.
  10. Is there any real reason why folk are buying train tickets just now and not waiting for the January 17th release of cheap tickets. Not trying to be funny but just wondering if i am missing something.Cheers.

It will be boring snd f..king dull just like the last few strips.Absolutely nothing to make it stand out from any other shirts.DULL DULL DULL.
  13. Who really cares but Steve Clarke is the wrong sex for a start. Absolute woke fest. Totally absurd. Nobody is buying this guff. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  14. The cheap db euro train tickets can be used on any day between 14th June and 14th July. The free 36 hour pass is the one that can only be used in the 36 hours inclusive of matchday.
  15. McGregor is a very good and very important player for Scotland. I'm sure he is vital to the way Clarke wants us to play. Good to have so many midfield options though.
  16. Yes. Wonky sheep not stupidly expensive or anything but as i said in an earlier post we got booked up with 4 days in each of the match cities for less than half that price. Only real difference is we are going to Munich via London. Everything else is very similar to the Wonky Sheep trip. As for the journey between Munich and Cologne and then Cologne and Stuttgart it will be the train with two 29 euro tickets which go on sale on 17th January. Hopefully anyway.
  17. As charter companies go Wonky Sheep are not too bad regarding prices but at Β£1600 still nearly twice the price of our 12 day trip that we put together. Only real difference is the outbound flight to Munich which we are doing via London. We booked it after the draw so didn't get it booked before the rush.
  18. Wouldn't be averse to Ferguson starting but not replacing McGregor. McGregor is a vital part of our team. It's a good problem having so many quality midfielders though. Wish we had the same problem up front.
  19. Can only tell you the facts regarding John McGinn when he was at St. Mirren and that was that this guy was going to have a big career. As for the fact that he didn't become a Scotland regular until he was 24 then maybe it was as stated in another post that. was when Villa came into the equation. Or maybe it took until then for him to physically develop into the player he is now. Who knows. All i am saying is the player we love was always there.
  20. Superb stuff. Now that's the Billy Gilmour we want to see more of.He only needs to be playing regular premier league games and his confidence will bloom. He has so much techical ability.
  21. Yes.You could tell straight away he was going to be a good un.Even back then he had the skill, determination, the aggression and yes even the big backside that has been so usefull to him in his career.Just an absolute joy to see how far he has progressed in club and International football.
  22. Aye fair enough but i was making the point about the original post by Ramy being about Nathan Paterson and that Chelsea fud. It wasn't about his playing ability. Just thought it was amusing how the original post ended up going down a totally different route. πŸ˜„
  23. The making of John McGinn.....easy answer ST. MIRREN. The talent was obvious even back then when he was coming through the St. Mirren youth teams.Of course he has gotten better and better as his career has progressed but all his strenghts were staring you in the face even at a young age in the St. Mirren youth teams. The feeling always was at St. Mirren that he had a big career ahead of him. Thankfully maybe at an even higher level than expected. We've got McGinn... πŸ˜…πŸ‘πŸ˜€
