hahahahahahaha. My job is not as a professional footballer so my working environment is completely different. All the happy clappers who think booing is not acceptable shouldn't attend football matches. Booing is part and parcel of the game

Booing players is all part and parcel of the game. Players should be strong enough to ignore it and focus on the game. If I do a bad job at work I'd rightly be criticised and told to improve. No reason it should be any different when it comes to footballers.

Hi, me and few mates are traveling to Ljubljana via Venice. We will be watching the Slovakia home game in Venice. Just looking to find a venue to watch it! We've seen that there are a few Irish pubs in Venice so will try them first. Havent had much luck when trying to contact them though asking if they will show the game! Anyone else going to be in Venice at that time and have a venue to watch the game?

Its basically a mini van service which takes you from the airport in Venice to Central Ljubljana. Seems really good value. Its does these transfers from a number of locations. Here is the link to the website. https://www.goopti.com/en/

We are flying to venice and have paid for GoOpti to take us Venice to Ljubljana and same on the return leg. 4 of us in a mini van, takes three hours and was pretty cheap. Would definitely look into that if I was you. Saves the hassle of the train as it gets you straight there with no changes etc.

Hi, Just wondering if anyone is aware of any decent ticketed pre match events which are going on before the England game? The Tartan Specials gig down in London before the last game was very good so wondering if there is anything similar going on before the game in June?

Staying in a placed called Nana's Ljubjana Apartment in the City centre. Loads of cheap places going at the moment. Ours was £208 in total for 3 nights for 4 people

4 of us booked on this. Getting picked up at 7.15 and dropped off at Venice airport. Pretty good value for that length of trip!

4 of us flying from Edinburgh to Venice on the Wednesday, staying a couple of days there and then getting a GoOpti transfer from Venice to Ljubiana on the Friday and then vice versa Monday morning after the game.

I've lived in London for the past 2 years and got to say Covent Garden would be the best option. Loads of bars, supermarkets and restaraunts in that area and a nice big open square for congregating in

Is this actually an organised event in that you have contacted the venue and arranged for the TA to turn up or are you just trying to get us all to meet in the one place and suggesting this would be a good venue? Either way "we'll be coming", just wondering that's all.

Leicester Square is a good shout for a place to meet up. Its very close to Covent Garden and plenty of pubs nearby. If the Christmas party does not start until the Sunday then this sounds perfect
