  1. I think they go from the diamond in the middle of the town but not 100% on that. Will check with a mate from there and get back to you
  2. Just to let yous know murrays bar on oconnell street will be showing the game on its large screen in it's beer garden. If you unfortunate not to have a ticket be a good place to watch it They to send me on drinks pprices and any drinks promos so will post them up when get them
  3. Your away allocation was 3500 so I'd like to know where you think got the extra 9-12 thousand tickets. It might seem like yous are in every section but apart from the abbey travel section (500 scots in here according to a post on here previously) and the Thg section (guess 500 in here as well but imo could be less) each section your in will also have large number of irish fans in them The fact their was no general sale has had a massive impact on the number of scots who have been able to get tickets. Have said all along I'd expect between 8-10 thousand of yous in the aviva and will stick with that
  4. Normally it would be washboarder but with the sterling being so strong against the euro it might not be much of a difference this time around. The sterling rate is in and around €1.40 to the pound so it's a great time for yous to be playing over here
  5. I'm pretty sure there's a bus that goes from the port into the city. Mate usually takes boat over from England for home games il ask him and get back to you
  6. Pretty sure game still going ahead if it's the 1 against the irish fans.
  7. I can only go on what the people on my bus said guys and exactly why would they make it up the jock stein stand a big stand might not have happened in your section. Just to be clear I defended the Scottish fans when they said it as had no issues with any of them all weekend
  8. The incidents I know of happen in the upper level of the jock stein stand. Know few people on the bus with us were complaining about incidents near them. Personally had no issues in Lisbon lions stand
  9. Been told by a good source it is sold out. Clubs have until Monday to return any tickets not sold but they expecting very few if any to be returned. Seeing as the game is 13 days away now a general sale is extremely unlikely even if they get tickets returned
  10. Lads genuine question what's this fire retardant number and safety certificate? Reason I ask as have a 3ft x 5ft irish flag that I take to all games and never been asked for either before Also £500 pound for a 6ft x 4ft flag is crazy. The flag we getting in nathan mcseveny memory is 5ft x 20ft and getting it made for 160 (special price it would normally be around 300)
  11. I don't know how you can guarantee that there be zero hassle, I'm sure the scots would of gave us the same guarantee before the game in Glasgow. Will always be a few who let the collective down and I'd not be as confident that all our support be on their best behaviour. I'm not saying be anything serious could be just bit of banter taken to far etc. We have seen fans moved from 113 in the past and it wasn't because of massive confrontation but over something that was said. I've been asked by a lot of scots about possible trouble in home end etc and been honest in my response, they can expect banter to be thrown at them but if any irish fan steps over the mark with this they will be dealt with by their fellow irish fans
  12. Just to let everyone know the issues with paypal been sorted. If anyone sends donations let me know so can make sure they come through ?? Really looking forward to seeing the finished flags know yous all probably have companies who make the flags for yous but can recommend mark 100%. He's the man who's making the 2 flags for us
  13. Expect touts to be asking between 100-150. Haven't seen demand like this for a home game in a while so they will look to cash in. Even at them prices they still cheaper than the resale sites
  14. Can't figure out how to post the pictures up here if anyone else can do it please work away The PayPal details are remberanceflag@gmail.com. It seems PayPal is having issues tonight so anyone looking to donate might be best to hold off till the morning
  15. I've posted the templates up on the TAMB Facebook page. When I get home il sort out the info for payment details for the flags
  16. Many of yous staying in times hostel Camden street. We in there on the Saturday night. In paddys palace hostel on the Friday night
  17. Should note the 2 cheapest set of tickets on their is in our singing section. Don't think be any issues but any scots in there might not have the most enjoyable time. Also away supporters have been moved from this area before (group of Russian fans)
  18. Say 5 minutes away. It's at the top of oconnell street. Decent spot for few pints and the food in it is decent as well
  19. Yeah usually have some trad music at nights. A donegal man involved in running of it so usually be in it when in Dublin. Hard to beat a pitcher of beer for 12 (granted it is fosters)
  20. Will be in here on the Friday night. Should be good few from YBIG in on the night. Should be a good night's entertainment
  21. Leaving donegal early on the Friday be in Dublin early afternoon drop bags in the hostel and onto the bar for few pints. More than likely be in slatterys the Friday night Any or yous that are staying in and around oconnell street call into murrays on Friday for few pints should be few of us there
  22. Lad who makes the flags was in touch with me today to let me know he will have a design with me next week. I have a PayPal account setup ready to go once have designs finalised. Have also been in contact with Conor's family about getting a Seperate flag dobe for them. It will be a smaller flag around 3x5 or 4x6. This be given to them when in Dublin and means they can still take a piece of him to future Scotland matches
  23. I reckon touts on the day will be selling tickets for around this price as well couldn't see them asking much more than €150 and even think will be able to get them cheaper than that. The price the resale sites are asking is madness IMO with most charging between £100-£150 (including charges) for tickets that usually cost €50 and the 1s in sone areas are cat c which normally cost €30 (all cat c tickets were sold as part of the hat trick pack) Also anyone purchasing kids tickets the face value of these is €20 and please be aware that the buzzer on turnstile turns a different colour for kids tickets (not that it's much of an issue and many adults were got in on kid tickets before but could get a strict steward who refuses entry )
  24. Say could be looking at around the €100 mark maybe a bit more from the touts but definitely think will be able to get them cheaper than these resale sites
  25. Only asked if fai had 1 planned already could these people be included in it. We won't be trying to organise 1 ourselves only be 1 if fai have it planned.
