  1. Looking for a ticket for my dad who is not a member. Can't seem to find any legitimet sites selling tickets for the home end. Emailed the Georgian FA a few weeks ago asking where I could purchase tickets but yet to receive a response. Wouldn't expect the SSC to be too accommodating should there be spare tickets given my dad isn't a member. Anyone any advice?
  2. All for random collection but, don't agree that if you book two or more separate tickets at different times each member has to collect. I booked three separate tickets and three varying dates due to the sales schedule and each member having a different amount of points. In doing so I incurred three postage charges which to me would indicate each ticket is being sent out individually. Received an email this afternoon notifying of collection in Georgia and requesting that I contact the SSC to seek clarification on any other tickets I have purchased. Upon doing so I was told that all three tickets would need to be collected. I have no objection to collecting tickets nor would anyone else in the party but, what I do object is that on one hand the SSC can treat the tickets individually by charging postage three times but, on the other hand when it comes to collecting they are treated as one and everybody has to collect. If the system used to select persons for collection is randomly picking envelopes I understand that all three envelopes could be selected. Should that be the case then surely three emails should be sent rather than having to chase the SSC for the information myself. If one envelope was selected containing all three tickets then surely there should of only been one postage charge for the three. Very much double standards to me.
  3. I'm currently on 7. Only been picked once for collection, Poland away friendly. My understanding of the email is that if you've made a group booking everyone has to collect. If you've ordered on behalf of others and made bookings at different times you are to contact the supporters club for further clarification.
  4. Just been emailed to say I've been picked for collection.
  5. SFA_Supporters saying on Twitter they now have the tickets in hand. Hopefully right about knowing by the end of the week. Don't mind collecting tickets but it's just nice to know either way.
  6. Admire your honesty however, is this you that rejects to harvesting asking harvesters for a ticket?
  7. Kopala for my father and I. Thursday to Saturday. Only 12 minutes walk to Freedom Square so hopefully handy enough.
  8. And continue to ingnore those south of Gladgow.
  9. Thought when the fixtures came out it would be rubbish but, hasn't been too bad. I work four days on four off so it's pot luck as to what date the games fall but have been fortunate so far. Getting back to Stranraer has always been a nightmare regardless if it's a midweek game or not. Find myself driving to all home games now. Quite a few people have attempted to run busses but with little interest. Should we win in Georgia the Germany and Poland games are going to be fantastic under the Hampden floodlights. C'mon!
  10. David Guetta obviously not made his way to Georgia yet. £3 is excellent.
  11. Got my invite to Hampden. Anyone know what the set up is? Is there a chance to meet anyone worthwhile or is it a few drinks and watch the draw?
  12. Cheers for the heads, gave it a try. Excellent restaurant. Didn't have one bad meal in the old town. Few great places to eat but, the fish soup has to be the best I had while there.
  13. My dad and going. He's not a member but hopefully get sorted with a ticket.
  14. Sometimes an Ulsterbus or Eurolines coach that does the run even though it's booked through Citylink. Most of the time there's a toilet.
  15. Depends who you're travelling with. Stena Line have a car park and charge for it. P&O have a car park and don't charge. People have been know to leave their car at P&O and then head up to to Stena. Probably a 15 minute walk.
  16. Had a guitar to accompany it though. Not seen one at a Scotland game yet.
  17. Heading there a week on Tuesday. I'll give it a try.
  18. Was in Limelight after Kasabian a few months ago. Good night out, close to Robinsons and The Crown too.
  19. National team had the cheek to put a video on Facebook showing the under 17's (I think) going in to JD Sports to collect their kit. Can't believe they had it stock.
  20. Outword Taxi from Stranraer to Cairnryan for the first boat on the Saturday morning. Train from Larne Harbour to Belfast then change and onwards to Dublin. Return Bus at 0300 Sunday morning from Dublin to Belfast, another bus out to the Stena Terminal for the 0730 sailing to Cairnryan. Hopefully a lift waiting to take me back to Stranraer. Home quick sleep, shower, lift the suit case and set off for Portugal.
  21. Cheers for the heads up. Had planned on getting up early Sunday morning and driving from Dublin up to Larne for the ferry back to Caprnryan as need to be home for Sunday evening. Booked on to the bus leaving at 3AM on the 14th. Means I can have a good drink after we win.
  22. Never saw anything untoward from the NI fans. I'm not a fan of GSTQ or Rule Britannia but I'm not offended by them either. Worst thing I saw from their fans was a man wearing Northern Ireland trackies, with a Scotland polo shirt and an Aston Villa body warmer. Just weird. Think we should look at ourselves first before complaining about other fans. Might not of been many Scotland fans but it doesn't mean you can't sing or create an atmosphere. I understand it was a pretty uninspiring game but it can still be done.
  23. Don't do walking away though.
  24. Room on all the Cairnryan to Larne ferries. Each ferry can accommodate 410 passengers.
