You would think the Algarve in September would attract a large number, espcially with the Irish normally travelling in large numbers and their last away game being in the UK.

It says on the travel and safety advice email that tickets will be posted in the middle of this week.

In Albufeira and I am getting one of the buses from here through to the game. Time not confirmed. I really hope this is one game I don't need to pick up my ticket as I imagine the ticket pick up will be in Faro.

Georgia is the key game. We beat them and that cancels out Ireland's next 2 games against Georgia and Gibraltar. We would technically remain 3 points ahead due to the better head to head and there is no way they will get 3 points against Poland and Germany. We better win in Georgia!

Nice one, 2pm train back to Belfast on the Sunday for 15 euros. Now just waiting for the tickets to go on sale for Belfast to Dublin

Where is the £40 coming from? My Ireland ticket was £32. Whats not to say the prices will be £30 to £35.

You will be fine. Been getting the train back to Edinburgh after a Scotland game for years and never an issue.
