Probably. We were about 15 minutes from the final but to say we'll never have a better chance, maybe yes maybe no !. We would've been battered by France in the final anyway (probably) we had a young team attempting to play football, a team with no superstars but playing as a team and they'll get better. The next Euros (should we qualify) will be a better time to judge this team. We have youth teams winning their age group world cups so its not looking to bad for England at the moment. 2020 also gives Harry Winks a couple of seasons to turn into the midfield general we are missing 😉

to be fair its 0.9 shots per 90 minutes more than Scotland have achieved at a finals for a little while. had a ball down here, beer and sunshine. you really should try it some time 😉

We have a young team that's made the last 16 of the world cup and we have a good chance to progress and nothing more. although I will add if we do actually win tonight you might want to switch off the tv and lock yourselves away until we get beat in the 1/4trs 😉

Well we've made the knockout stages and that was the minimum expected with a young and inexperienced squad so anything else is a bonus. Columbia will be a tough game but I believe we have a reasonable chance of progressing. If Kane is on form and takes his chances

Kane is starting to do it at the top level. Still remember his breakthrough season, I was at one of my sons football matches when another dad (a man U fan, I live in Essex !!) told me he'd never be good enough to play for Man U . I love seeing him now and ask him every time if hes good enough yet 😉 As for Shearer or Kane that's one for a few years time, at the moment the stats are roughly neck and neck
