At the 20 second mark there is a shot of the second plane hitting from a camera I had never seen before. The sheer speed of it alone is terrifying. It is amazing the towers withstood it all.

Oh I did not pay that much attention to the weaponry stuff. I was more interested in the points about collapse and the (lack of) debris. It did seem like there was not enough at the time but I never heard anything much about it. The story about the people in stairwell b seeing daylight and being able to walk out was quite astonishing did not quite realize where they were before, totally mind blowing. Just watching the video of the collapse again in such detail...it really was an incredible event. The building just unpeels itself and 'turns to dust'. Even now it is still amazing watching it. The fact they never investigated the collapse properly is so suspicious it is unreal. Anyway I gave up arguing about controlled demolition a long time ago.

Also she quotes a fireman on the number of jumpers. Far more than we realize if true. He said there were 3 people jumping from each side of the tower every minute on average. Apparently a huge number of people did jump, far far more than any other average fire. She then extrapolates this 3 per minute X 4 sides X 100 minutes start to finish, to 1200 jumpers (too high I think by far). But even if the official number was 200 it is still a massive number. There are apparently unreleased pictures of the 'fields' of jumpers' destroyed bodies strewn all over the ground level site (pre collapse). She reports firemen were so distressed by the continuous impacts some seriously wanted to go out to try to 'catch them'. I have read reports on this, you can also see youvideos of the fireman at ground level and there are the regular and very loud bangs...which are bodies smashing into the ground in the concourse outside the lobby.

Watch the bit with the smoke coming out of WTC7 - that is kind of strange. She said that went on for (7?) hours...

Fuxsake, the one Harry recommends (only watched part 1) is worth a view. Watching it I realized what you two (phat & harry) have been discussing with that Hutchison(?) Effect...man I saw that stuff 5-10 years ago somewhere but totally unrelated to 911 at the time. I read into it quite a bit that day but it was hard to accept I recall. She is dead right in that this lack of debris is an anomaly that has been badly ignored.

The collapse of 1&2 is very different to 7. It looks like the collapse happens from the top down progressively starting at the point of impact with the planes. It is not like the base was blown out using synchronized charges in your 'classic' 7 demolition. Meaning if it was rigged you would be initiating the collapse sequence at the same point the planes crashed into the building. Seems to me that would a risky proposition, in that you might damage the demolition system you have installed (whatever that might be). The building then might only partially collapse or not at all leaving a building full of demolition rigging crawling with fireman, police etc.. someone is going to notice. Even if a large chunk of the building survived it would be enough. So if it was demolition it would have to be something different, something really fool proof and something perhaps classified or not yet well understood or known in the public domain. Something capable of producing a 100% reliable pancake collapse from the points of impact. Or it was not rigged and they fell down due to the planes hitting. If so then they would have laid all the steel out and proved that was the case. Instead the shipped crime scene evidence to India I think it was as fast as they could to be smelted down. edit: it is noticeable that as the endless debate about the 'how' of 911 goes on the theories are getting more and more bizarre. it is not good IMHO. I will have a look at that Harry as it sounds interesting. Also have stumbled on that Levanda guy before, more than once, but not sure where.

Dear oh dear... Has it been confirmed it was actually the old board and not the new? It has happened 3 weeks after they were removed. Assuming it was the old board there could be an innocent explanation for this transfer. But I am enjoying the rage so I'll not tell you now. As for Ashley v King. I would have had Ashley as owner every damn time. So relieved the fans hate him. No idea how he planned on getting around the two clubs ownership ban but. Could well be he is just raiding RFC for fun but I honestly doubt that. RFC is small potatoes for him, really small. King on the other hand I would have nothing to do with financially as an investor. Time will tell with King but as starts go it is either incompetent and / or dishonest already. This period reminds of when Whyte first took over.

Now that King has got RFC de-listed and taken control I expect the information curtain will come down. And instead of transparency we will have the opposite, total opaqueness. What you mean apart from all the calls from passengers to relatives etc telling them plane had been hijacked. (I very much doubt they mentioned 'muslim' neither.) The whole need to land the planes, manufacture fake calls, gas and / or machine gun the passengers, take off with empty planes etc is because you assume there are no hijackers in the planes...The whole thing has a much more direct explanation. The planes were hijacked and the passengers described what they saw. The thing with remote control would be to hijack the hijack after it had already taken place. i.e. It is possible these hijackers had another (non suicidal) plan but found they were locked out of the controls after a certain point and were sent on a 'suicide' mission. The piloting skills make me wonder about this but again it is not actually that important. LIHOP is not any morally better than MIHOP. In truth I suspect it was a blend of both. Yet people have now got to the point that it is 100% MIHOP with no hijackers at all. To make this 100% MIHOP work we have these incredibly convoluted and risable plots. By inventing these absurd theories they then become the focus of skepticism instead of the official version of what happened. It takes away from that and instead they become the focus. It is not our job to speculate on how it was done, it is our job to point out that official conspiracy theory does not add up. Of the 35 calls made from 13 different folk it was revealed at the trial of the one 911 guy (ZM?) that something like 33 calls were made from the sky phones on the plane and only 2 from cell phones and these were made after the planes had descended shortly before crashing. Mark Binghams mum by the way is on record saying she thought it was her son and that he sometimes introduced himself that way. One guy was talking with an operator for 13 minutes or so apparently. It would be hard to script that, how would you know where the conversation would turn. Anyway...
