Morris and Polvara were both great today, but as you say, just blew out their arses by the end. Maybe just a bit of naivety by Robson, but he does seem to be getting a tune out of some players that couldn’t do anything last season. Yup, midfield and upfront is fine for Celtic, but defence and GK should be a massive concern for Rodgers.

Scales will sign tonight or tomorrow I’d imagine. Good to see them showing respect to the opposition, but not bending over as over previous seasons. A daft mistake by Devlin was the real difference there, Celtic were there to be gotten at and don’t like it in their faces. The players never gave up and the fans could see that, the small amount that left at 1-3 was testament to that, but Robson has to let them know that’s the performances expected every week now. With all due respect to them, if they go into the CL with that goalie and defence, they could be in big trouble.

Fans certainly seem to be responding to Burrows interaction and have bought tickets, around 250 left last night. The club have asked, the fans have responded, it’s now up to the players & management to ensure they keep coming back.
