I remember flying to Mastricht Aachen and having 4 hour to kill... we took a taxi to a quiet bar. After a wee while it dawned on us that none of us in the party new which town we were in (Maastricht or Aachen) or even which country we were in (belgium / Holland / germany).

How and where are you planning on spending your Sunday afternoon? We land at approx 13:00 into Dortmund and wondering where the majority of folk plan on being pre-match.

Jealous that so many of yous can extend these away trips by so much. For me to stand any chance to go, they have to be as brief as possible - and minimal impact to holidays at work. For me it is fly out Sunday, fly back Monday... so 4 sleeps to go!

Looking for advice on what we should do if one of our party does not make it to the match. I have his ticket but due to work commitments he may not be able to make it - won't know until pretty much the sat evening. We fly out Sunday morning. So, if we arrive in Dortmund on match day with a spare official away end ticket, what is the best thing to do. Obviously we would want to get a refund but with such short notice would if be possible to resell it through official channels? Ta

I didnt say he was, he is suggesting it is worth double. Just think he will do well to get shot of it and will end up £190 lighter. Instead of saying it is worth £380 be better to say he is prepared to accept a discounted rate.

I remember having to walk ages in that torrential rain pre match. Then lost my match ticket so had to buy another outside ground.

My thoughts are it is a cheek suggesting it is worth £380. You will have lost out £190 if you cant flog it on so instead of saying it is worth double, you should try and do your fellow TA a favour and offer it at a slashed rate. Probably why you have had no response.
