I can assure you 100% there were no "verbals" between me and McDermott before the incident. If you're saying I'm responsible for what anyone else might have said to him you are also wrong. The only thing I said to him was "if you upset my daughter again my boys will be onto you" and that was all. And yes I do know what team he supports but only because of the whole grassing up the Hibs supporters incident when he made no secret of the fact he supports Rangers.

I will say again, I ignored him when I entered the pub as I had no wish for any drama. But when my daughter is upset and I am an inch away from being punched then I will not ignore that.

I wasn't even in the Cutty Sark before the incident - I'd been at my friends house for bloody dinner! I hadn't even been in the pub for five minutes when he went for me. I have no idea who said that to him prior to the incident - I know loads of people but was actually only with my Slovenian friend my partner and my daughter that night. If you tell me who said it I'll speak to them about it.

At no point did I call him anything which is why this "victim" didn't mention it. As stated above I merely told him not to upset my daughter again or my boys would be onto him and he went for me. Plenty of worse things I could have said believe me.

As far as I know he only started going to away games a couple of years ago when we played Gibraltar in Faro. Has caused more trouble and hassle in that time than anyone I've ever met in the TA ?

The SSC are dealing with it. Of course it is their business if one of their members is going around threatening and fighting with others.

I've gone to football for 40 years and never been in a fight or even threatened! I'm a party girl who likes to sing and dance not fight! But I won't be threatened by bullies especially when my daughter is involved ?

What went on before was that I shared the glad tidings that he was "hanging up his glengarry" after Bratislava last year to the Mctartanface FB page and he took exception to this (all I commented was "Don't think anyone will lose any sleep) I then received threatening messages from him about Wembley. I have a screenshot of them but can't post it here because the files too big but basically calling me a little witch and telling me to watch my back at Wembley. Which I did by having my back well and truly covered which ended with him not going to Crystals not me ? He's not keen on people who stand up to him especially if they happen to be women

So just to let you know this did indeed happen! We had been to my Slovenian friends house for dinner (Posh TA) and then gone to the Curry Sark. I spotted the mad one out of the corner of my eye when we went into the pub but just ignored him. He said something and I still ignored him. He then decided to follow us to the bar where he said to my daughter 'your mother's getting this" while punching his fist into his other hand. My daughter is 24 so not a child but she was quite upset at her mum being threatened so told me what he'd said. I told her to just ignore him but when we went to go sit outside I walked past and said "if you scare my daughter again my boys will be after you' At which point he went for me. Didn't hit me because a girl who'd seen it all happening threw herself between us but the intention was definitely there. Has now been fully reported to the SSC including copies of previous threats. Can't abide bullies ?

Me and once the fixtures and venues are known I'm going to start a bit of a campaign to get a huge TA support over! It's easy to get to and relatively cheap. After Wembley we don't have another away game until September and the TA will be desperate for a trip by early summer. Win, win for everyone!
