    That's exactly what I found by experience, no hassle so far bar the detour.

    Not true I have been to Kosovo and had no issues getting in Serbia. Neither have I had issues with Azerbaijan with a set of Armenian passport stamps. Likewise no bother at the Armenia border with an Azerbaijani visa. For the record I have contacts with the Russia visa application centre in Edinburgh.

    Seen the Media Whores a few times, sadly I am on Holiday this day but if your in Edinburgh come along to support a worthwhile cause at a TA Friendly location.

    Plenty of time to get there, there must be some form of airport bus to the centre.

    Discovered my ticket on Saturday is ok via going via Den Haag as I am not fixed to travel on any train to the border, then a regional day ticket forward.

    Sounds like the direct line is shut between Schipol and Amsterdam Central so take the routing they have suggested as Netherland conductors can be desparete. I am going for the routing via Den Haag then Utrecht then via Enschade. Double check what your original route was as the ICE trains are dearer and check who you booked through.

    I have made it to Bath Spa for a three nights. Made it south via Easyjet with a Bristol Cabin crew but Cabin Boy number No1 Tim was not there. Back home Wednesday night.
