However if you look at the seating plan below which is the Gol Norte which I presume is the Scottish end there is sections 121 and 221

According to this seating plan which Gol Sur, which I presume is the Spanish End there is no 121 section.

The blanked ticket area is presumably the Scottish end in the top "Fondo Norte" ; the North End. Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid ultras are always in the Fondo Sur. And in 2003 the Celtic fans occupied the Fondo Norte too.
